Wellness resorts · Content marketing

Write what a nervous first-time guest asks, and put the answer where they read it.

Content marketing for a wellness resort is writing the guides, timetables and answers a guest reads before choosing a retreat, in a voice that sounds like the people there. GullySales works on the topics, the drafts and the claims check before anything is published.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For wellness resorts

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A first-time guest is afraid of the unknown”

Will there be a phone ban, what happens at four in the morning, what if the food does not suit? Writing these answers plainly removes the worry that stops a booking.

  • “Health articles attract readers who never book”

A post on gut health or sleep may collect clicks from people with no plan to travel, and it carries claim risk. Writing about the stay serves the guest who is actually deciding.

  • “Practitioners are the best authors”

The physician, the yoga teacher and the chef know what a day involves. Their words, edited for clarity and checked against the rules for their profession, read as real.

  • “Content dies on the website”

A good guide helps only if the coordinator sends it on WhatsApp and the past-guest list receives it. Writing without a route to the guest is a file in a folder.

What we do

What we deliver for wellness resorts.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A topic list from real questions

Questions taken from calls and messages, ranked by the coordinator's count of asks.

Result: The writing plan follows what guests actually ask.

  2. A what-to-expect guide for each programme

The arrival, the day, the food, the rules and the departure, set out in order.

Result: A guest can read the whole stay before paying.

  3. Practitioner interviews, edited

Short pieces in the voice of the physician, teacher or chef, with consent and claims checked.

Result: Guests meet the people behind the stay.

  4. A seasonal content calendar

Themes for the rains, winter and holiday weeks, written ahead of the booking season.

Result: Seasonal stays have material ready before guests search.

  5. A sharing route for every piece

Each guide listed for use on WhatsApp replies, posts and the past-guest list.

Result: Content reaches the people who asked.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long should a retreat guide be?
As long as it takes to answer the question. A guide to the day can run to a page or two; a note on what to pack can be a few lines.
Can we use guest stories in our content?
Guest stories about health stays raise privacy and advertising questions. Rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own council or adviser before you publish any.
Who should approve content before it goes live?
A named person at the resort, ideally the physician or programme head, plus one reading for claims. GullySales prepares the drafts and the checklist.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
