Wellness resorts · Lead generation

A retreat enquiry is worth having only if the guest knows what the stay is.

Lead generation for a wellness resort is the work of bringing in guests who have read a programme and want a call about it, rather than people who clicked on a photograph of a pool. GullySales works on the programme pages, the enquiry routes and the sources each enquiry came from.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For wellness resorts

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A pool photograph brings the wrong enquiry”

The guest who taps on a sunset over the lawn asks for the room rate and a discount. The guest who read the daily timetable asks about the physician and the diet. Ads and posts should send people towards the second kind of page.

  • “Each programme draws a different guest”

An ayurveda stay, a yoga week and a burnout reset attract different people from different cities. One general enquiry form for all of them hides which programme is working and which one only costs money.

  • “The source is lost at the first message”

A guest arrives from an Instagram reel, a doctor's suggestion or a friend, then writes on WhatsApp as if from nowhere. Without a question asked at the first reply, the resort cannot tell which effort brought the booking.

  • “Referrals from doctors and teachers need a clear note”

A physician or yoga teacher will name a resort only when the programme is written plainly and the limits are stated. A short, honest note travels further than a brochure.

What we do

What we deliver for wellness resorts.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. One enquiry route per programme

A form or WhatsApp link for each programme, carrying the programme name into the message.

Result: Every enquiry shows which programme the guest was reading.

  2. A first-reply question about source

One friendly line in the opening reply asking how the guest heard of the retreat.

Result: The source column is filled from the conversation, not guessed afterwards.

  3. Programme pages built for the enquiry

A timetable, a sample menu, the practitioners and the rules of the stay on each page.

Result: The guest who writes has already seen an ordinary day.

  4. A note for doctors and yoga teachers

A one-page explanation of the programme, who it suits and who should speak to their own doctor first.

Result: A referrer can describe the stay without overstating it.

  5. Season-wise lead sheet

Enquiries listed by programme, source and stay dates, with the midweek and monsoon gaps marked.

Result: The owner sees which months need their own push.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we run ads for the whole resort or for one programme?
Start with the programme you most want to fill. An ad that names one programme and lands on its page brings a guest who has read what they are enquiring about.
Can we promise results on the lead form?
No. Rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own council or adviser. GullySales writes pages about the routine and the stay, and leaves cure or outcome language out.
Are travel agents a lead source worth setting up?
They are, if the programme, rate sheet and cancellation rule are written clearly. Agents sell what they can explain in two lines, so give them those two lines.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
