Wellness resorts · Search engine optimisation

Be the retreat page that answers the search a tired guest actually types.

SEO for a wellness resort means having a page for each programme and place that matches how a guest describes the stay, such as an ayurveda retreat near a city or a yoga stay in the hills. GullySales works on those pages, their titles and the questions a guest asks before writing.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For wellness resorts

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The guest searches by need and by distance”

People type a reset near Bengaluru or a quiet stay for a burnt-out manager. A site with one page called Wellness cannot answer either phrase. Each programme and each travel-friendly location needs a page of its own.

  • “Treatment names alone do not match the search”

A list of abhyanga, shirodhara and nasya reads as a menu. The searcher wants to know the day, the doctor and the food. Terms stay on the page, but they sit inside an explanation.

  • “Cure words keep a page out of trouble and out of trust”

A page that says it reverses a condition may attract a complaint and loses the careful reader. Pages that describe the routine rank for the same searches without the risk.

  • “Seasonal pages are left empty”

Monsoon and winter stays have their own search, yet resorts reuse the summer page. A dedicated page for each season collects the guest who is planning that stay.

What we do

What we deliver for wellness resorts.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page map by programme and location

A list of the pages the site needs, each with the search it answers.

Result: Every programme has one page and every page has one purpose.

  2. Titles and headings written for searchers

Page titles and headings that name the stay, the place and the programme in ordinary words.

Result: A search result reads as the retreat the guest was looking for.

  3. A daily-routine block on each page

The timetable, meals and consultation set out in text, not locked in an image.

Result: The answer to what the day looks like is on the page itself.

  4. A claims read before publishing

Each page read for cure, guarantee and before-and-after language.

Result: No page promises a result.

  5. Search questions turned into answers

The questions guests send, on diet, stairs, phones and arrival, answered in short sections.

Result: The questions asked on calls have written answers on the site.

  6. Seasonal pages for rains and winter

A page for each season with its programme, rooms and what is included.

Result: The monsoon stay can be found by someone searching for it.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we publish a page for every treatment?
Only when the treatment has something to explain, such as who gives it and what a session involves. A page per treatment with two lines of text adds clutter, not search value.
Can SEO promise us a first-page position?
No. Nobody can promise a ranking. GullySales works on what the pages say and how they are built, and reports what changes in search visits and enquiries.
Do blog posts matter for a resort?
They do when they answer a guest's real question, such as what to pack or how a silent day works. General health articles bring readers who never book and raise claim risk.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
