Wellness resorts · Website

Build the site so a guest can read a whole week before they pick up the phone.

A website for a wellness resort is where a guest reads the programme, the practitioners, the rooms and the rules before writing or calling. GullySales works on the page structure, the programme pages, the enquiry form and the claims check so the site explains the stay honestly.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For wellness resorts

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The home page shows a view and hides the programme”

A wide photograph of the grounds is pleasant, but the guest wants to find the programme within a tap. Put the stays at the front and the scenery behind them.

  • “The practitioners are missing”

Guests ask who gives the treatments and what their qualifications are. A page naming the physician, the yoga teacher and the chef, with their consent, answers the first doubt.

  • “The booking route is a form that vanishes”

A long form with no confirmation sends the guest off to a competitor. A short form, a WhatsApp button and a clear note on what happens next keep the guest in the conversation.

  • “The site is read on a phone”

Guests read on a phone. A site that loads slowly or hides the timetable behind a download loses them.

What we do

What we deliver for wellness resorts.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built around programmes

A structure with a page for each programme, the rooms, the people, the food and the visit.

Result: A guest finds the stay they want in two taps.

  2. Programme pages with the day laid out

Timetable, sample meals, practitioners, rules of the stay and what is not offered.

Result: The page says what the stay is and what it is not.

  3. A short enquiry form with a clear next step

Name, programme, dates and a note, followed by a confirmation message.

Result: The guest knows who will respond.

  4. A practitioners page with consent

The doctor, teachers and chefs listed as their registration allows.

Result: Qualifications are stated as registered.

  5. A claims and privacy read

Every sentence checked for cure language, and the form checked for a consent line.

Result: The site makes no promises it cannot keep.

  6. A phone-first layout

Pages tested on a phone for text size, buttons and the WhatsApp link.

Result: The site reads easily at a small screen.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need online booking with payment?
Not at the start. For a stay that depends on a consultation, an enquiry form and a call are a better first step. Add payment once the process is steady.
Can we show a doctor's name on the site?
Only with the doctor's consent and the qualification stated as registered. Rules differ by profession and state, so check with your own council or adviser.
Should the site have a blog?
If you will write posts that answer guest questions, yes. A blog of general health advice brings the wrong readers and raises claim risk.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
