Insurance agents and advisers · Lead generation

Ask for the introduction at the moment a family is most grateful.

An adviser's pipeline is built from introductions, and the best of them come the week after you have walked a family through a claim. GullySales writes the ask, prepares the note a client can forward, records who introduced whom, and sets the reply rule so a referred family never waits two days.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For insurance agents and advisers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The claim you settled is your best introduction

A family that watched you at the hospital desk will name you to their whole circle, and almost no agent asks them to.

  • You may ask for a referral, never pay for one

Sharing commission or offering an inducement to buy is prohibited, and it puts at risk the licence this whole practice stands on.

  • A referred family checks you before they ring

They look up your name, read a review or two and then call. Slow replies at that point undo the introduction.

What we do

What we deliver for insurance agents and advisers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A referral ask with words you would actually use

A short script for the two moments that work, policy delivery and the week after a claim is settled, asking for one introduction rather than a list of names.

Result: The ask happens instead of being put off.

  2. A note the client can forward as it stands

Two lines about what you do and how to reach you, written to be pasted into a family WhatsApp chat without the client having to compose anything.

Result: The introduction arrives with your words in it.

  3. A partner routine with accountants and hospital desks

What you leave with a CA or a billing desk, how often you visit, and a record of which enquiry came from which partner, kept as a professional relationship with no payment attached.

Result: The people families ask first can name you.

  4. One register with the introducer on every line

Each enquiry recorded with who referred it, the cover discussed, the quote given, the next date and the outcome, reviewed weekly.

Result: You can thank the people who keep sending families.

  5. A reply rule for the referred enquiry

A same-day acknowledgement, a first meeting offered within two days and a written note of what was discussed, because a referral cools faster than a cold lead.

Result: The trust your client lent you is not wasted.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these insurance agents and advisers.

  • Individual life insurance agents tied to insurers
  • Health insurance agents and advisers
  • General insurance agents for motor, home and travel cover
  • Point of sales persons (POSP) working through a broker
  • Corporate agents and small insurance agencies
  • Insurance consultants advising on claims and portfolio reviews
  • Agents focused on SME and commercial cover
  • Family-run agencies handling second-generation clients

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for insurance agents and advisers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your client book, renewal lapses, where new enquiries come from, how fast they are answered and how claims are handled today.

  2. 2

    Fix renewals first

A renewal calendar and reminder routine across every policy, because a retained client is worth more than a new lead.

  3. 3

    Build the explanations

Plain pages and messages on the cover you sell, checked for IRDAI and insurer approval requirements before anything is published.

  4. 4

    Bring families in

Local search, referral routines with CAs and dealers, and review requests from clients whose claims you handled well.

  5. 5

    Grow each household

A cover review for existing clients that finds the missing health, motor or business policy, offered only where there is a real gap.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can I give a client a gift for sending business?
No. Any rebate or inducement connected with buying a policy is prohibited, and it also trains clients to expect it. Thank them properly and keep looking after their file.
Are bought online leads worth trying?
Rarely for a single adviser. They are sold to several agents at once and compared on premium alone. Your own book and your introducers convert several times better.
Is an insurance agent allowed to advertise?
Yes, within IRDAI's rules. Advertisements about an insurer's products generally need that insurer's approval, and nothing may promise returns or misstate cover. We mark every product-related piece for your insurer's compliance team and keep general education content free of product claims.
Can we offer customers a discount or gift for buying a policy?
No. Offering a rebate or a share of commission to induce someone to buy a policy is prohibited under insurance law. We build campaigns on service and claim support instead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
