GullySales

Insurance agents and advisers · Digital marketing

Give a practice run by two people a plan that fits two hours a week.

An adviser has renewals to work, claims to chase and no spare afternoons, so a marketing plan that assumes free time fails in a fortnight. GullySales writes a two-hour weekly routine, builds the approval queue into the calendar, and reports on renewals retained and policies per household.

A steam traction engine belted across a stackyard to a wooden threshing machine: the long flat belt taut between the flywheel and the drive pulley, the flywheel spinning, a straw elevator raking up off the far end, a full sack hanging on the sack spout, a corn stack half taken down behind and a water cart standing by

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For insurance agents and advisers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Renewals come before anything new

A lapsed health policy costs the family its served waiting periods and costs you the household. That is the first hour of the two.

  • Approval time has to sit in the calendar

Anything naming a product waits on your insurer's compliance desk, so December's campaign is planned in October or it does not run.

  • Followers are the wrong number to watch

Policies per household, renewals retained and introductions received are what tell you whether the practice is growing.

What we do

What we deliver for insurance agents and advisers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A two-hour weekly routine written down

The first hour on renewals due in the next sixty days, the second split between one piece of content and the follow-ups owed, with the days fixed.

Result: The work happens in a week when three claims land.

  2. A calendar with an approval lane in it

A month-by-month plan marking which pieces are general education and which need insurer approval, with the submission dates set well before publication.

Result: Product campaigns run on time, not late.

  3. The renewal and review cycle as the backbone

Renewals, annual portfolio reviews and claim anniversaries mapped across the year so outreach follows your own book rather than a content theme.

Result: Every month has work that produces income.

  4. A short monthly number review

Renewals retained against due, new policies by line, enquiries by source and policies per household, compared with the baseline taken at the start.

Result: You can tell growth from replacement.

  5. A written list of what you are not doing

The channels and ideas set aside this year, agreed with you, so a slow week does not turn into three new platforms nobody maintains.

Result: Two hours go into the things that work.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these insurance agents and advisers.

  • Individual life insurance agents tied to insurers
  • Health insurance agents and advisers
  • General insurance agents for motor, home and travel cover
  • Point of sales persons (POSP) working through a broker
  • Corporate agents and small insurance agencies
  • Insurance consultants advising on claims and portfolio reviews
  • Agents focused on SME and commercial cover
  • Family-run agencies handling second-generation clients

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for insurance agents and advisers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your client book, renewal lapses, where new enquiries come from, how fast they are answered and how claims are handled today.

  2. 2

    Fix renewals first

A renewal calendar and reminder routine across every policy, because a retained client is worth more than a new lead.

  3. 3

    Build the explanations

Plain pages and messages on the cover you sell, checked for IRDAI and insurer approval requirements before anything is published.

  4. 4

    Bring families in

Local search, referral routines with CAs and dealers, and review requests from clients whose claims you handled well.

  5. 5

    Grow each household

A cover review for existing clients that finds the missing health, motor or business policy, offered only where there is a real gap.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

I work alone. Where should I start?
The renewal calendar and the referral ask. Both use what you already have, neither needs approval, and together they usually matter more than any new channel.
How long before I see anything?
Renewal retention moves in the first quarter because the calls simply start happening. New business from search and content takes longer, usually two to three quarters.
Is an insurance agent allowed to advertise?
Yes, within IRDAI's rules. Advertisements about an insurer's products generally need that insurer's approval, and nothing may promise returns or misstate cover. We mark every product-related piece for your insurer's compliance team and keep general education content free of product claims.
Can we offer customers a discount or gift for buying a policy?
No. Offering a rebate or a share of commission to induce someone to buy a policy is prohibited under insurance law. We build campaigns on service and claim support instead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
