Insurance agents and advisers · Search engine optimisation

Rank for the adviser searches, because comparison sites own the rest.

SEO for an insurance adviser means being found for what an aggregator cannot answer: a person nearby who reads the policy with you and stands beside you at the hospital billing desk. GullySales builds those adviser and claim-help pages, keeps product claims out of them, and puts your name where a referred family looks.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For insurance agents and advisers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • You will not outrank a comparison site for best term plan

Their budgets and quoting tools are built for that search. Health insurance agent in your locality, and cashless claim help, are winnable.

  • A referral ends in a search for your name

An uncle says call Suresh, and the family types your name with the town after it. Whatever comes up decides whether you get the meeting.

  • Education publishes now, product waits for approval

A page naming an insurer's plan is an advertisement under IRDAI's rules and goes through that insurer. A page on waiting periods is yours to publish this week.

What we do

What we deliver for insurance agents and advisers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An adviser page for each area you really serve

A page per locality or town naming the lines of cover you handle there, how a first meeting works and where you can sit with a family, rather than one page listing the whole country.

Result: A family nearby finds an adviser they can actually meet.

  2. Claim-help pages for the questions asked at midnight

Pages on what to do when a cashless request is queried at admission, what a reimbursement file needs and how a motor claim is surveyed, written without promising any outcome.

Result: The person in a hospital corridor finds you.

  3. Explainers written from the wording, not the brochure

Pages on waiting periods, co-payment and room rent limits described in general terms across the market, so nothing depends on one insurer's approval.

Result: You publish steadily instead of waiting in a queue.

  4. A page built for people searching your own name

An about page carrying your name, your years in the trade, the insurers you represent stated the way their rules require, and how a family can reach you today.

Result: The family told to call you actually calls.

  5. A compliance lane decided before anything is written

Each planned page marked as general education or as product content, with the product ones routed to your insurer's compliance desk and tracked until approved.

Result: Nothing goes live that should have been approved.

  6. A monthly report on enquiries, not rankings alone

Positions, visits, calls and enquiry forms by page, measured against the baseline recorded before work started.

Result: You can see which page brings families to the table.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these insurance agents and advisers.

  • Individual life insurance agents tied to insurers
  • Health insurance agents and advisers
  • General insurance agents for motor, home and travel cover
  • Point of sales persons (POSP) working through a broker
  • Corporate agents and small insurance agencies
  • Insurance consultants advising on claims and portfolio reviews
  • Agents focused on SME and commercial cover
  • Family-run agencies handling second-generation clients

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for insurance agents and advisers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your client book, renewal lapses, where new enquiries come from, how fast they are answered and how claims are handled today.

  2. 2

    Fix renewals first

A renewal calendar and reminder routine across every policy, because a retained client is worth more than a new lead.

  3. 3

    Build the explanations

Plain pages and messages on the cover you sell, checked for IRDAI and insurer approval requirements before anything is published.

  4. 4

    Bring families in

Local search, referral routines with CAs and dealers, and review requests from clients whose claims you handled well.

  5. 5

    Grow each household

A cover review for existing clients that finds the missing health, motor or business policy, offered only where there is a real gap.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can I write about a specific plan I sell?
Through your insurer's approval route only, because an advertisement about their product is theirs to clear under IRDAI's rules. General pages on how cover works need no such clearance.
Is search worth it for a single agent?
For adviser, claim-help and name searches in your own area, yes. For buy term insurance online, no. Those clicks are bought by national platforms.
Is an insurance agent allowed to advertise?
Yes, within IRDAI's rules. Advertisements about an insurer's products generally need that insurer's approval, and nothing may promise returns or misstate cover. We mark every product-related piece for your insurer's compliance team and keep general education content free of product claims.
Can we offer customers a discount or gift for buying a policy?
No. Offering a rebate or a share of commission to induce someone to buy a policy is prohibited under insurance law. We build campaigns on service and claim support instead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
