Insurance agents and advisers · Pay per click advertising

Bid where an adviser can win, not where aggregators set the price.

Insurance keywords are among the most expensive anywhere, and an individual adviser cannot outbid a national platform. GullySales runs small campaigns on the searches that suit an adviser, keeps the ad wording inside IRDAI's rules and your insurer's approvals, and counts meetings rather than clicks.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For insurance agents and advisers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Your competition is a company with a media budget

On buy health insurance you are bidding against platforms that recover the cost across thousands of policies. Do not fight there.

  • The winnable searches are about help, not price

Cashless claim assistance, insurance agent near me, policy review, portability. Fewer searches, far cheaper, and the person wants a human being.

  • The advert is an insurance advertisement

Every line in it sits under the same rules as your brochure, so no promised returns, no claim guarantee, and product wording goes to your insurer.

What we do

What we deliver for insurance agents and advisers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns on adviser and claim-help terms

Tight campaigns for agent, adviser, policy review, portability and claim assistance searches in your own area, kept separate from any product term.

Result: You buy clicks you can afford and answer properly.

  2. Your own name defended

A small campaign on your name and your agency's name, so a referred family searching you is not taken away by whoever is advertising on it.

Result: The introduction you earned reaches you.

  3. Two sets of ad copy, separated by approval

Service adverts about advice and claim support that you can run today, and product adverts prepared and held until your insurer clears them, with the approval recorded.

Result: You advertise all year without waiting on a queue.

  4. A negative list for everything that is not a buyer

IRDAI exam, agent code, agency commission, policy status, customer care number, surrender value and jobs, all excluded before the first click is paid for.

Result: Your budget goes to families, not to job seekers.

  5. A landing page that says who you are

A page stating what you do, the insurers you represent in the form their rules require, what a first meeting covers and a phone number, with no promise of a premium figure.

Result: The visitor knows what happens if they call.

  6. Calls counted through to meetings

Call tracking on the advert number and a note of each enquiry, the cover discussed and whether it became a meeting, reviewed monthly against the baseline.

Result: You know what a policy from advertising really costs.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for insurance agents and advisers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your client book, renewal lapses, where new enquiries come from, how fast they are answered and how claims are handled today.

  2. 2

    Fix renewals first

A renewal calendar and reminder routine across every policy, because a retained client is worth more than a new lead.

  3. 3

    Build the explanations

Plain pages and messages on the cover you sell, checked for IRDAI and insurer approval requirements before anything is published.

  4. 4

    Bring families in

Local search, referral routines with CAs and dealers, and review requests from clients whose claims you handled well.

  5. 5

    Grow each household

A cover review for existing clients that finds the missing health, motor or business policy, offered only where there is a real gap.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can I run adverts naming my insurer's plan?
Only with that insurer's approval, which is how their compliance team treats any advertisement about their product. Service adverts about advice and claim support are simpler and usually cheaper.
Is Meta advertising any use for an agent?
For local awareness and event invitations, yes. For product promises, no. The same advertising rules apply there, and the enquiries arrive colder than from search.
Is an insurance agent allowed to advertise?
Yes, within IRDAI's rules. Advertisements about an insurer's products generally need that insurer's approval, and nothing may promise returns or misstate cover. We mark every product-related piece for your insurer's compliance team and keep general education content free of product claims.
Can we offer customers a discount or gift for buying a policy?
No. Offering a rebate or a share of commission to induce someone to buy a policy is prohibited under insurance law. We build campaigns on service and claim support instead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
