Insurance agents and advisers · Social media

Post every week without wondering each time whether you are allowed to.

Most agents post nothing because nobody has told them where the line is. GullySales sorts your posting into what publishes immediately and what waits for your insurer, writes the list of words that must never appear, and builds a weekly routine that fits between client meetings.

A community noticeboard under a small pitched roof, posters layered four deep, with a fresh notice just pinned over the corner of an older one

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For insurance agents and advisers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Two lanes, and only one needs permission

How a waiting period works can go up today. Anything naming a plan or its benefits belongs to the insurer's compliance desk.

  • Some words do not belong in an insurance post

Guaranteed, risk-free, assured returns and tax-free income, whatever the forwarded message you copied said. Your insurer's compliance team will tell you the same.

  • The status update is where your clients actually are

A short WhatsApp status about a claim documents checklist gets seen by the whole book, while a polished post on another platform reaches nobody you know.

What we do

What we deliver for insurance agents and advisers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A calendar split into publish-now and send-for-approval

Every planned post marked as general education or product content, with the product ones drafted early and tracked through your insurer's approval.

Result: You post weekly without a compliance worry.

  2. A list of phrases that never go out

One page covering promised returns, claim guarantees, pressure about last dates and comparisons of insurers you cannot substantiate, kept beside your phone.

Result: You can post quickly and safely.

  3. A claim story format with consent built in

A short structure covering the situation, what you did and how long it took, with the consent note taken first and no illness, amount or name included.

Result: Your best proof becomes usable.

  4. A weekly status and posting routine

One WhatsApp status and one post a week, prepared in a single sitting, built around the season, from tax questions to the rains and motor renewals.

Result: Your book is reminded you exist.

  5. A record of what was approved and when

A simple log of each product post, the approval reference and the date, kept in case anyone asks later.

Result: You can show the approval without hunting for it.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Who it is for

This is written for these insurance agents and advisers.

  • Individual life insurance agents tied to insurers
  • Health insurance agents and advisers
  • General insurance agents for motor, home and travel cover
  • Point of sales persons (POSP) working through a broker
  • Corporate agents and small insurance agencies
  • Insurance consultants advising on claims and portfolio reviews
  • Agents focused on SME and commercial cover
  • Family-run agencies handling second-generation clients

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for insurance agents and advisers

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at your client book, renewal lapses, where new enquiries come from, how fast they are answered and how claims are handled today.

  2. 2

    Fix renewals first

A renewal calendar and reminder routine across every policy, because a retained client is worth more than a new lead.

  3. 3

    Build the explanations

Plain pages and messages on the cover you sell, checked for IRDAI and insurer approval requirements before anything is published.

  4. 4

    Bring families in

Local search, referral routines with CAs and dealers, and review requests from clients whose claims you handled well.

  5. 5

    Grow each household

A cover review for existing clients that finds the missing health, motor or business policy, offered only where there is a real gap.

Proof

What happened when owners fixed this.

Real clients, the work we did, and the result as it was recorded. Where no number was recorded, none is claimed.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can I share premium figures in a post?
Treat it as product advertising and route it through your insurer. Premium depends on age, health and cover, and a single figure misleads more people than it attracts.
Are reels and short videos worth making?
A plain explanation of one thing, such as what co-payment means, works well. Skip the imitation of finance influencers, which draws comments you cannot answer publicly.
Is an insurance agent allowed to advertise?
Yes, within IRDAI's rules. Advertisements about an insurer's products generally need that insurer's approval, and nothing may promise returns or misstate cover. We mark every product-related piece for your insurer's compliance team and keep general education content free of product claims.
Can we offer customers a discount or gift for buying a policy?
No. Offering a rebate or a share of commission to induce someone to buy a policy is prohibited under insurance law. We build campaigns on service and claim support instead.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
