Locksmiths · CRM

Keep a record of the 2am call that the technician answered on his own phone.

A locksmith's CRM is a job log rather than a sales pipeline: the call that came in at 2am, who took it, the address, what was quoted on site and whether a van actually went. GullySales sets up that record and the short list of fields a technician can fill in from the roadside.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What CRM means

A CRM is the record where every enquiry, call and quote is kept against a customer, replacing separate notebooks, spreadsheets and memory. GullySales sets up or cleans an existing CRM and reports from it by enquiry outcome rather than by activity logged.

For locksmiths

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The job is over before a pipeline stage would update”

A lockout is quoted and finished inside an hour, so stages like proposal sent and negotiation have nothing to hold. What the record needs is the job itself: time of call, address, lock type, price agreed and who went.

  • “Calls answered on a personal mobile never reach the record”

At 2am the call goes to whoever is awake, and the job is done and paid in cash before anyone opens a computer. Unless the technician can enter it from his phone, that job never existed.

  • “The lock and the address are the two fields that pay you later”

A customer who lost one key will lose another, and an apartment block has the same lock on most of its doors. A record naming the lock model and the block lets you quote the second job without sending anyone to look.

What we do

What we deliver for locksmiths.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A job entry short enough to fill at the gate

One record covering time of call, caller, address, lock or vehicle, quote given, technician sent and outcome, built to be typed on a phone.

Result: The job is written down before the van reaches the next call.

  2. Entry rules for calls taken after hours

A written rule for who logs a call answered on a personal mobile at night, and by when, so a 2am job is not left to memory.

Result: A night job sits in the same place as a daytime one.

  3. Lock, key and address history kept against the customer

Each job stores the lock model, key type and the flat or block, so a repeat call from the same building can be quoted from the record.

Result: You quote the second job without a visit to see the door.

  4. An account view for societies and builders

Jobs grouped under the apartment complex, builder or office that called, not only the individual resident who rang.

Result: You can see what one complex is worth across a year.

  5. The handful of views a manager reads

Jobs by technician, calls where no van was sent, and quotes given but never accepted, pulled from the same log the team fills in.

Result: Management reads the record instead of asking each technician.

  6. The old diary moved across without losing it

Customers, lock details and society contacts carried over from the notebook or the WhatsApp group into the new record.

Result: Nothing already written down is thrown away in the switch.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these locksmiths.

  • Emergency and 24-hour locksmiths
  • Automotive locksmiths and key programming specialists
  • Residential lock and security installers
  • Commercial and office locksmith services
  • Safe installation and repair specialists
  • Smart lock and digital security installers
  • Society and RWA-contracted locksmiths

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. 01 · First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for locksmiths

  1. 1

Audit the call and response process

We check how fast a call or WhatsApp message is answered at different times of day, and whether the listing shows a real response time.

  2. 2

    Fix the local listing

The Business Profile completed with service area, verification details and real job photographs, so the locksmith appears for near me searches.

  3. 3

    Build a 24-hour answer routine

A call and WhatsApp routine that works outside office hours, so an 11pm emergency is answered as reliably as a daytime call.

  4. 4

    Build job-specific pages

A page for car key programming, digital lock installation and other planned jobs, separate from the emergency lockout page.

  5. 5

Offer the upgrade after the emergency

A short follow-up after an emergency call, offering a digital lock or security upgrade while the customer is still thinking about their locks.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a shared spreadsheet enough for us?
For a two-van locksmith, a sheet that opens on a phone holds the job log fine. Move to a simple CRM when technicians start overwriting each other, or when you want the job history of a whole building in one place.
What should a technician enter before leaving the site?
Address, lock or vehicle, the price agreed, and whether the job was completed or refused. Four fields typed at the gate are worth more than a full form typed the next day.
How do you handle trust and verification for a locksmith?
We show your police verification, your technicians' photographs and ID, and real job photos on the listing. A customer about to let a stranger open their door checks those first.
Can this work for a one-person locksmith business?
Yes. Most of the work is the listing, the answer routine and the job pages, which a single technician can keep up. The after-hours routine matters even more when one phone takes every call.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
