Locksmiths · WhatsApp marketing

Nobody types when they are locked out, so use WhatsApp for everything else.

The emergency arrives as a phone call, and it always will. WhatsApp is where the photograph of the lock, the quotation for a digital lock, the invoice and the forwarded contact card live. GullySales sets up the business number so that what gets passed around a society group is worth passing on.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily, which gets read faster than email or SMS. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For locksmiths

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The call is for the lockout, the chat is for everything after it”

Nobody standing outside their own door types a message. But the photograph of the cylinder, the model you recommend, the price and the bill all go by chat, and a locksmith with no written trail argues about money later.

  • “Your contact card is the thing that gets forwarded”

In a society group somebody asks for a locksmith and a resident forwards a card. Whether that card says a name and a number or says what you do, which areas you cover and that you answer at night decides whether it gets called.

  • “Status is a portfolio the neighbours already follow”

Every customer who saved your number sees what you post. A digital lock fitted in a named block, a safe opened, a gate lock changed, posted with the owner's permission, is worth more than any advertisement to that audience.

What we do

What we deliver for locksmiths.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business profile written for the forward

Business name, category, the localities you cover, night availability and the work you do, set so the card carries all of it when a resident passes it on.

Result: The forwarded card explains you without anyone typing.

  2. A quoting flow that starts with a photograph

A saved reply asking for a picture of the lock or the key, with the questions that go with it, so a digital lock or a car key can be priced without a visit.

Result: You quote planned work without sending a van to look.

  3. Written confirmation before any chargeable work

The price, the model and what is included sent in the chat and accepted there, for every job that is not an emergency opening.

Result: The bill is not a surprise at the end of the job.

  4. A status routine the technicians can keep up

What to photograph on site, what needs the customer's permission, and how often something goes up, kept simple enough to survive a busy week.

Result: Past customers see your work without being messaged.

  5. A short list for societies and builders

The secretaries, facility managers and site engineers who agreed to hear from you, kept apart from emergency customers, with a note sent only when there is something to say.

Result: Your messages go to people who decide on contracts.

  6. A company number rule for technicians

Jobs are quoted and billed from the business number, not a technician's personal phone, with the handover written into how the team works.

Result: Repeat calls reach the business and not a man who left.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these locksmiths.

  • Emergency and 24-hour locksmiths
  • Automotive locksmiths and key programming specialists
  • Residential lock and security installers
  • Commercial and office locksmith services
  • Safe installation and repair specialists
  • Smart lock and digital security installers
  • Society and RWA-contracted locksmiths

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. 01 · First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. 06 · At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for locksmiths

  1. 1

Audit the call and response process

We check how fast a call or WhatsApp message is answered at different times of day, and whether the listing shows a real response time.

  2. 2

    Fix the local listing

The Business Profile completed with service area, verification details and real job photographs, so the locksmith appears for near me searches.

  3. 3

    Build a 24-hour answer routine

A call and WhatsApp routine that works outside office hours, so an 11pm emergency is answered as reliably as a daytime call.

  4. 4

    Build job-specific pages

A page for car key programming, digital lock installation and other planned jobs, separate from the emergency lockout page.

  5. 5

Offer the upgrade after the emergency

A short follow-up after an emergency call, offering a digital lock or security upgrade while the customer is still thinking about their locks.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we broadcast offers to past customers?
Not to emergency customers. They did not want you the first time and an offer on lock changes reads as spam, which gets the number reported. A short note to society secretaries and builders is different, because it reaches somebody whose job is to buy this.
Our technicians use their own numbers. Is that a problem?
It costs you the repeat work and the record. The customer saves the technician, rings him directly next year, and the job never appears in your books. Worse, if he leaves he takes those buildings with him. Route quotes and bills through the company number from the start.
How do you handle trust and verification for a locksmith?
We show your police verification, your technicians' photographs and ID, and real job photos on the listing. A customer about to let a stranger open their door checks those first.
Can this work for a one-person locksmith business?
Yes. Most of the work is the listing, the answer routine and the job pages, which a single technician can keep up. The after-hours routine matters even more when one phone takes every call.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
