Moving companies · Website

Make the website do one job: get a nervous customer to book a survey.

A website for a moving company is the page a customer reads between the review profile and the phone call, built to answer the fears of a move and to start a survey booking. GullySales works on its structure, its estimate pages and its forms.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For moving companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visitor arrives frightened and looks for proof”

They have read about hostage loads and doubled prices. They scan for your licence details, insurance, real crew photographs and a plain explanation of how the estimate works before they will give a phone number.

  • “A form that asks for a price gets a guess from you”

A box labelled 'Get a free quote' invites a number from a person who has not seen the home. A form that asks about stairs, parking and special items and then offers a video survey sets up an estimate you can stand behind.

  • “One page per kind of move beats one page for everyone”

A student flat, a senior downsizing and an office relocation need different words, different photographs and different questions. A single services page makes all three visitors work out which part is meant for them.

  • “The visitor is on a phone, mid-packing”

Someone standing among cartons taps the number, or leaves. Large tap targets, a short form and a click-to-call button matter more than a clever design, and the page must load properly on a poor connection.

What we do

What we deliver for moving companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each type of move you want

Local, long-distance, senior, apartment, office and storage pages, each with its own questions, photographs and next step.

Result: A visitor lands on a page about their own kind of move.

  2. A survey-booking form built on the job

Questions about stairs, access, parking and special items, ending with a choice of video survey times.

Result: Enquiries arrive with what an estimator needs.

  3. A plain explanation of the estimate

A page on binding, binding not-to-exceed and non-binding estimates, written with your estimator and your own paperwork.

Result: The price conversation starts from understanding.

  4. Trust details placed where the decision is made

Licence and insurance information, crew photographs, review excerpts and your claims process, set beside the booking button rather than in the footer.

Result: A cautious visitor finds proof before they have to ask.

  5. A phone-first layout with click-to-call

Tap-to-call, a short form and quick loading on a mobile connection, checked on real handsets.

Result: Someone mid-pack can reach you in one tap.

  6. Tracking of calls and forms by source

Calls and form entries recorded against the page and campaign that produced them.

Result: You can see which pages bring booked surveys.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • Hours that fit your day, agreed up front

Which hours we overlap with yours is settled before any work starts, so you know when a reply is coming and when it is not.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should our website show prices?
Show how pricing works, such as hourly rates or the factors behind an estimate, if your company is comfortable publishing them. A fixed figure for an unseen home invites a dispute, so the page should lead towards a survey instead.
Do we need a new website or can the current one be fixed?
It depends on what is wrong. If the structure, speed and forms are sound, we change the pages and booking steps. If the build is the problem, we say so, and the decision stays with you.
How should we show our licence and insurance?
Display the authority numbers and insurance details your company holds, exactly as they appear on your paperwork. Rules for what a mover must disclose differ by state and by type of move, so check with your own adviser or regulator.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
