E-commerce fulfilment companies · Local SEO

Appear when a seller searches for a fulfilment warehouse in your city.

Local SEO for a fulfilment company makes each warehouse city findable, through a verified business profile, city pages and consistent details, for sellers who want stock near their courier hub or their customers. GullySales works on those profiles and pages so a seller searching a city name sees your warehouse and its services.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For E-commerce fulfilment companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Sellers choose a city for the courier network, not for the view”

A brand picks a warehouse city because of pincode coverage, courier pickup and the distance to its biggest customer clusters. A page that says which regions a city serves well answers the question the seller is really asking.

  • “A business profile without a visit is still a profile”

Sellers seldom walk in, but they check the map, the address and the photos before sending stock. A profile with a clear warehouse photograph, correct hours for dispatch cut-offs and an accurate business type reads as a real operation.

  • “Several cities need several honest pages”

Copying one page across every city invites a search engine to ignore all of them. Each page needs the real facilities, dispatch cut-offs and courier options of that warehouse.

What we do

What we deliver for E-commerce fulfilment companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business profile set-up and clean-up

Each warehouse gets a verified profile with the right services, address, contact route and photographs of the floor.

Result: Every warehouse appears on the map with the same details as your site.

  2. City pages written per warehouse

One page per warehouse city covering what is stored there, courier pickups, pincode coverage and who it suits.

Result: A seller searching a city finds a page about that warehouse alone.

  3. Consistent listings

Name, address and service wording checked across directories and marketplace seller listings.

Result: The same details appear wherever a seller looks you up.

  4. Review request routine

A polite message that existing brands can answer on the profile, with a rule that nothing is offered in return.

Result: The profile collects genuine replies from brands you serve.

  5. Photo and floor tour guidance

A shot list for racks, packing benches and the returns area, so profile images show real work.

Result: Profile photographs show your floor, not stock imagery.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Map searches come from sellers choosing a city for its courier network.

Who it is for

This is written for these E-commerce fulfilment companies.

  • D2C brands in beauty, personal care, food and apparel
  • Marketplace sellers on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra
  • Shopify and WooCommerce stores shipping across India
  • Home-grown fashion and jewellery labels with high return rates
  • Gourmet, snack and nutrition brands needing batch and expiry control
  • Electronics and accessories sellers handling serial numbers
  • Subscription box and gifting businesses with seasonal spikes
  • Cross-border sellers shipping to or from India

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your listed warehouse is a partner's building where you hold no stock, so a profile would send visitors to a door that is not yours.
  • You do not accept visitors to the floor, so a profile that invites visits would collect requests you must refuse.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Write down what is true

Each branch's real address, signboard name, phone, hours and owning Google account go into one record you sign off. Every later listing is copied from it.

  2. 2

    Search as your buyer does

We search each branch on a phone from points around it, in your buyers' words, and note who appears with what reviews and photos.

  3. 3

    Fix the profile first

Ownership first, then name, address, pin, phone, hours and business type. Google can suspend a profile with extra words in its name or an address that is not a real premises.

  4. 4

Build the branch pages and match the listings

Each real branch gets its own page, and the other listings are changed to agree with it. We write none for towns without a branch, because Google treats near-identical pages as doorway pages.

  5. 5

    Ask, reply and measure

We agree with each branch who asks for reviews, when and how. Results are set against the baseline recorded before work began, and the branch that is behind gets the next round.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

We seldom host visitors. Is local SEO still worth it?
Yes, because sellers search with a city name and check the map before sending stock. The profile and city pages are how a distant founder confirms you exist and sit where you say.
Can we list a warehouse we only partner with?
Only list a place you operate or can truthfully describe. Check the profile platform's current rules on shared or partner premises, and describe partner sites as exactly that on your own pages.
Can you promise a top spot on the map?
No. Map results depend on distance, relevance and the profile itself. We set up the profile and pages properly and show you how they appear.
Should a profile show photographs of client stock?
Show the racking, benches and dock, not the brands on them. Client products on a public profile reveal who uses you and what they sell. Cover or remove labels, or ask the brand in writing first. The floor, not the stock, is what the visiting seller wants to see.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
