E-commerce fulfilment companies · Website

Build a site that explains your charges, your floor and your returns before a call.

A website for a fulfilment company is the place a seller checks your cities, services, charges and returns process before sending any stock. GullySales works on its structure, its pages and its enquiry form so a founder or operations head finds a clear answer and a simple next step.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For E-commerce fulfilment companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Sellers look for the rate logic first”

The first thing a founder wants is how a bill is built. A site that hides this behind a form makes the seller guess, and a vague answer sends them to a provider who explains.

  • “Proof lives in the specifics”

Where the warehouse sits, how stock is counted, what happens to damaged returns and how remittance reaches the seller are what convince. A photo of the floor and a plain process page do more than a claim of reliability.

  • “The form decides which sellers you meet”

A form that asks only for name and number brings every kind of seller. One that asks for SKU count, order volume and product type brings sellers your sales team can judge at a glance.

What we do

What we deliver for E-commerce fulfilment companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure

Service pages, seller-type pages, city pages, an integrations page and a returns page, linked in a way a visitor can follow.

Result: A visitor reaches any service in a click or two from the home page.

  2. Rate and service explainer

A page that explains each charge and shows a labelled illustrative example of one order's cost.

Result: A seller understands how billing works before enquiring.

  3. Returns and quality page

A step-by-step account of inspection, restocking, write-off and reporting.

Result: Your returns process is written where sellers can read it.

  4. Enquiry form for trial transfers

A short form that captures SKU count, volume, marketplaces and city, then routes by city.

Result: Each enquiry reaches the right person with facts attached.

  5. Floor photographs and team page

Real images of racks, packing benches and the people who run them, with permission.

Result: The site shows your actual operation.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Each page should answer one worry a seller carries to the screen.

What does fulfilment cost per order
A rate explainer page showing how storage, pick, pack and returns lines add up on a sample order, with the quote form beneath it.
Will my returns be handled properly
A returns page that shows the bench, the inspection steps and the report the seller receives. It is the page fashion and jewellery brands open first.
Does the warehouse work with my store and marketplaces
An integrations page that lists only the platforms you actually run, so the operations head can match them to their stack in a minute.
Can I start with a small trial
A trial transfer page and short form that asks for products, order pattern and pincodes. It lets a cautious founder start without a full contract.
Who will I deal with day to day
A team page with the account manager's role and the floor lead, shown with their consent. A named person lowers the fear of being lost in a large facility.

Who it is for

This is written for these E-commerce fulfilment companies.

  • D2C brands in beauty, personal care, food and apparel
  • Marketplace sellers on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra
  • Shopify and WooCommerce stores shipping across India
  • Home-grown fashion and jewellery labels with high return rates
  • Gourmet, snack and nutrition brands needing batch and expiry control
  • Electronics and accessories sellers handling serial numbers
  • Subscription box and gifting businesses with seasonal spikes
  • Cross-border sellers shipping to or from India

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your site would describe integrations and capacity that the floor cannot yet support, and sellers would find out in the first week.
  • Nobody will own the enquiry form, so trial requests from the site would wait in an inbox.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can we improve ours?
The structure matters more than a redesign. We look at what exists first and recommend a rebuild only where the current pages cannot carry what sellers need.
Should we show client logos?
Only with written permission. Otherwise describe the kind of brand you serve without names or figures.
Who updates the site after launch?
You decide. We can hand over simple editing instructions for your team, or support changes you request.
How much of the process should the site reveal?
Show the steps a seller cares about, from inbound count to returns report, and keep client names and floor data private. Competitors read the site too, but a seller choosing a provider needs enough detail to believe you run a real process.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
