PCB assembly companies · Website

Build a site where an engineer checks the line and sends the files.

A website for a PCB assembly company is the place where an engineer checks your capability and sends a BOM. GullySales plans the pages, the technical detail and the intake form so that a buyer can judge fit and act without a phone call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For PCB assembly companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The engineer reads for specifics”

Placement range, smallest component, inspection method, test options and board types are what is checked. A site of general claims and stock images gives them nothing to compare, and they move to the next shop.

  • “The form decides how clean the enquiry is”

A form with only a name and message produces vague contacts. One that asks for files, quantity, turnkey or consigned, and target date produces enquiries the estimator can open and price.

  • “Trust is shown by process, not slogans”

Photographs of your own line, a list of quality steps and a clear statement of ESD controls tell a purchase team more than a banner. Certificates should be shown only if currently valid, with the issuing body named.

  • “Phones carry the first visit”

A founder opens the site from a phone while forwarding files. Pages must load properly and the form must work with a thumb. A site that looks fine only on a desktop loses that visit.

What we do

What we deliver for PCB assembly companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page structure by service and buyer

Home, services, turnkey, consigned, box build, testing, capability and contact pages, each with a clear job.

Result: A buyer finds the page for their own need.

  2. Capability page with real detail

Machines, ranges, inspection and tests written in plain technical text.

Result: An engineer can check fit against a board.

  3. BOM intake form

Fields for files, quantity, model and date, with a note on what is missing.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with its files or a named gap.

  4. Photography brief for the floor

A shot list and permission rules for images of the line and equipment.

Result: The site shows your own plant and no customer board without consent.

  5. Clean phone layout

Layout and form checked on common phones before launch.

Result: The form works on a phone, tested by a person.

  6. Handover and edit access

Training so your team can update capability details when equipment changes.

Result: You can edit a capability line yourself.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these PCB assembly companies.

  • Prototype and low-volume SMT assembly shops for startups
  • Turnkey assemblers who source components for OEMs
  • Consigned-parts assembly for brands that buy their own components
  • High-mix, low-volume lines for industrial and medical electronics
  • Automotive and EV electronics assemblers
  • Box-build and final assembly providers with enclosure and harness work
  • Contract manufacturers for consumer and IoT products
  • Rework and repair houses for expensive boards

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we list our customers on the site?
Only with each customer's written consent. Where it is not given, describe the segments you serve, such as industrial or medical electronics, without naming a brand.
Do we show certifications?
Show those that are current and held by your company, with the issuing body named. Never show a certificate that has lapsed or one that belongs to a partner. Your quality head signs off the wording.
Should the site quote prices?
Board pricing depends on the BOM, lot size and parts, so a fixed price list misleads. Explain what drives the price and ask for the files. That sets honest expectations and filters casual price checks.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
