Industrial equipment manufacturers · Website

Let a procurement search find the exact specification in seconds.

An industrial manufacturer website states specifications, certifications and application sectors clearly on searchable pages, and makes requesting a quotation fast.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For industrial equipment manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Specification tables replace long descriptions”

A buyer scanning for a match wants a clear table of capacity and certification, not a paragraph to read.

  • “The RFQ form captures technical details upfront”

Asking for specification and quantity at the start avoids a slow back-and-forth before a quotation begins.

  • “Datasheets are matched by on-page text”

A PDF alone is invisible to search, so the specification also needs to appear as readable page text.

What we do

What we deliver for industrial equipment manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Specification table template for machine pages

A consistent table format for capacity, power and certification, used across every machine category page.

Result: A buyer scanning for a match finds it without reading a long description.

  2. RFQ form capturing specification and quantity upfront

A form asking for specification and quantity at the point of enquiry, avoiding a slow back-and-forth before quoting begins.

Result: A quotation can start from the first message instead of a second round of questions.

  3. On-page text matched to every datasheet

Specification text added to the page itself alongside the downloadable datasheet, so search can read it.

Result: A datasheet's content is no longer invisible to a search engine.

  4. Priority category pages launched first

Full specification pages built for priority categories first, with the wider catalogue following afterwards.

Result: The categories that matter most are live and searchable sooner.

  5. Simple update access for specification pages

A handover so your team can update specifications and add machine pages without calling a developer each time.

Result: The catalogue stays current without waiting on outside help.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a machine page must show before a plant engineer sends an RFQ.

Capacity in the buyer's own unit
State output as the buyer measures it: litres per hour for a pump, pouches per minute for a packing machine, tonnes per hour for a conveyor. Add the motor rating and voltage.
Material of construction
Say whether wetted parts and frames are SS 304, SS 316 or mild steel. Engineers filter on this early, so put it in the specification table and not only in the datasheet.
Standards and test certificates
Name the standard the machine is built to, such as CE or an IS code, with the certificate number and issuing body. Offer the test certificate as a download.
Installations by sector
List the industries where the machine runs, such as dairy, pharma or auto components, with a photograph of the installation. Ask permission before you name a customer.
Service engineers and spares
Say where your service engineers are based, which spares you stock and how a breakdown call is logged. Buyers weigh this against price.
RFQ form with a named sales engineer
Ask application, quantity and delivery location on one form, and name the engineer who reads it. A buyer wants to know a person with technical knowledge will answer.

Who it is for

This is written for these industrial equipment manufacturers.

  • CNC machine and precision equipment manufacturers
  • Industrial pump and compressor manufacturers
  • Packaging machinery manufacturers
  • Conveyor and material handling equipment makers
  • Motor and drive manufacturers
  • Custom fabrication and job-work manufacturers
  • Export-oriented industrial equipment makers
  • Spare parts and after-sales service providers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your specifications are not settled, so tables would be rewritten as the design changes.
  • Nobody will maintain the pages, and a datasheet that is out of date misleads buyers.
  • The current site works and the real fault is in how RFQs are answered.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the page list, what each page must answer, and who supplies the text and photographs, before any design starts.

  2. 2

    Design the templates

The home page, a service page, a location page and the enquiry page are designed first, on phone and desktop, and shown to you.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is built and checked on real phones and the common browsers. Every form, call button and WhatsApp link is tested end to end.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information replace placeholders. Pages are read through once by you, since you spot wrong details we cannot.

  5. 5

    Check before launch

Tracking, page titles, the sitemap and the privacy page are checked on the staging site. If an old site exists, its addresses are mapped so old links still land somewhere.

  6. 6

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live and we record the domain, hosting, content login and analytics in your name. The first live enquiry is traced to confirm tracking works.

  • Burhani Hydroline

    Situation
The website was dated. Menus were hard to follow, pages were slow, and it did not work properly on a phone, which is where a buyer looks first.
    What we did
    • Research before design
    • Wireframes and prototypes
    • The full product catalogue
    • An online checkout
    Result
No numbers were recorded for this engagement. The work is described in full in the case study.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a full product catalogue online?
At minimum, your priority categories with full specifications; a complete catalogue can follow later.
Who updates the site after launch?
We hand over a simple way to update specifications and add machine pages, and stay available for anything larger.
Should we put the price on the machine page?
Rarely. Machine prices move with options, voltage, material and quantity, so a printed figure is often wrong within a month. Show a starting configuration only if you can stand behind it. Otherwise say what the RFQ needs from the buyer so the quotation is exact.
Should we offer drawings and CAD files for download?
Give general arrangement drawings and dimensions, since a plant engineer needs them for layout. Keep detailed fabrication drawings back, because a competitor can copy them. Ask for name and company before the download so you know who took it.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
