Industrial repair and maintenance companies · Lead generation

Turn plants that have never called you into plants that call first.

Lead generation for an industrial repair company means bringing in enquiries from plants you do not yet serve, and recording where each one came from. It covers search, directories, dealers and estate visits. GullySales sets up each source, records every call and enquiry, and reports which source led to a job card.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For industrial repair and maintenance companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Leads arrive as calls, not forms”

A breakdown enquiry is a phone call or a WhatsApp message with a photograph, so a contact form on the website misses most of them.

  • “Estate visits are not logged”

Technicians meet maintenance heads on jobs and hear about other machines, but nothing is written down, so the next lead is lost.

  • “IndiaMART enquiries go cold”

A buyer posts a requirement for a pump repair and four suppliers reply. The one that replies with a clear message the same day gets the call.

What we do

What we deliver for industrial repair and maintenance companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. An enquiry source list

A written list of every way a plant reaches you: phone, WhatsApp, IndiaMART, JustDial, dealer referral and technician visits, with who handles each.

Result: No enquiry arrives at a place nobody watches.

  2. An enquiry record with machine and plant details

One record per enquiry with plant, machine, make, fault, urgency and contact, created at the first call.

Result: The technician arrives knowing the machine.

  3. A technician visit capture sheet

A one-page sheet or WhatsApp form to note other machines, contacts and shutdown dates heard on a site, sent to the office the same evening.

Result: Each job visit can open the next one.

  4. IndiaMART and directory reply templates

Reply messages for repair enquiries that name the machine, ask two questions and offer a visit, kept ready for the person who replies.

Result: Your reply reads as the one from a company that understands the fault.

  5. A target list of plants by estate

A list of plants in the estates you serve, with machine types and a named contact where known, built from visits and public listings.

Result: Outreach goes to plants that use what you repair.

  6. Source-to-job report

A report from enquiry to job card to invoice by source, against your baseline.

Result: You can stop paying for a source that brings only price checks.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where enquiries come from

Record these sources for every plant that reaches you, and reply the way each needs.

Breakdown phone call
Take plant, machine, fault, contact and whether the line is stopped. Confirm the visit on WhatsApp and note who took the call, so a missed number can be traced.
WhatsApp message with a photograph
Ask for the nameplate photograph and a video of the fault. Record it against the plant so the technician can prepare spares before the visit.
IndiaMART or JustDial enquiry
Reply with the machine type named and one question. Log the platform as the source, since these buyers often send the same requirement to several repairers.
Dealer or OEM service desk referral
Write down the dealer and the machine. Report back on how the job went, since a dealer who hears nothing stops passing on names.
Technician visit or estate walk-in
Note the plant, the person met and the other machines he named. Put a call date in the record so the visit becomes a follow-up, not a memory.
Tender or vendor-registration enquiry
Log it with the due date and the papers asked for. Check the plant's or portal's current rules before replying, and keep your papers current.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the lead generation work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we buy leads from a lead-selling site?
Be careful. Sold leads are often shared with several vendors, and a repair buyer wants one quick reply. Test one source on a small spend and judge it by job cards won, not by the number of names.
How do we count an enquiry that comes twice?
Match on plant and machine. A plant that calls on the phone and then messages on WhatsApp is one enquiry. Keep one record and note both sources, so counts do not inflate.
What makes an enquiry qualified for us?
Agree it in writing: a machine you repair, a plant you can reach, and a person who can approve the job. An enquiry for a machine you do not handle is recorded and passed on, not counted.
Can technicians really bring leads?
Yes, because they are inside the plants. Give them a short sheet and thank them when a lead becomes a job. Do not make it a quota, or they will stop noting the real ones.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
