Industrial repair and maintenance companies · Website

Build a website a plant head can check in one minute before he calls.

A website for an industrial repair company shows the machines you repair, the plants you serve, your papers and a number that is answered. A maintenance head or purchase officer checks it before he registers you. GullySales designs it around those checks and sets up call and enquiry tracking.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For industrial repair and maintenance companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site describes a company, not a capability”

A page about vision and values tells a purchase officer nothing about which machines you can repair or where.

  • “No proof of work”

A repair company with no photographs of the workshop or the test bench looks the same as one with no workshop.

  • “Phone browsers on the shop floor”

An engineer reads the site on a phone in a plant with weak signal, and a heavy page never opens.

What we do

What we deliver for industrial repair and maintenance companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home page with the machines and areas first

A page that opens with the machines you repair, the estates you serve and a call button, before any company history.

Result: A visitor knows within seconds that you handle his machine.

  2. Machine pages with fault lists

One page per machine type with faults, makes, process and photographs from your own workshop.

Result: A buyer can judge your depth on his exact machine.

  3. A capability and vendor page

A page with GST and MSME details, services, workshop facilities, test equipment and a downloadable capability sheet.

Result: A purchase officer finds his registration papers in one place.

  4. A quick enquiry form and click-to-call

A form asking for plant, machine and fault in three fields, with a call button and a WhatsApp link that carry a source tag.

Result: Every enquiry arrives with the details a technician needs.

  5. A light, mobile-first build

Compressed photographs and few scripts so pages open on a plant's weak mobile signal.

Result: The page opens where the engineer actually stands.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

A plant checks these things before he saves your number.

The machines you repair, by name
List motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, drives and the others you handle, each linking to its own page. A buyer who does not see his machine leaves.
Where you can reach, by estate
Name the industrial areas you serve and where your workshop is, with a map. A maintenance head needs to know a technician can reach him today.
Photographs of your own workshop and bench
Use real photographs of the test bench, the stripped parts and the technicians at work. Avoid stock images of factories, which a buyer recognises.
Papers a purchase officer asks for
Show GST, MSME and PAN details and a downloadable capability sheet. Keep them current, since an old certificate raises doubt.
A number answered at night
Put the breakdown number at the top of every page, and state when it is answered. Ring it yourself at night to check.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a marketplace listing enough instead of a website?
A listing on IndiaMART helps you get found but you do not control it, and a purchase officer will still look for your own site. Keep both, and make sure the details match.
Do we need a Hindi or Kannada version?
Only if buyers search in it. Most maintenance heads search in English. Write pages in English first, and add a regional language page for an estate where your records show buyers asking in it.
How do we show past work without naming the plant?
Describe the machine, the fault and the repair, with photographs that show no plant name. Name a plant only with written permission. A clear account of the work is credible without a logo.
Who owns the domain and the site?
You should, with the domain registered in your company name and the login with you. Ask the builder to confirm that in writing, and keep a copy of the site files.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
