Industrial repair and maintenance companies · Local SEO

Be the repair workshop that Maps shows first for the estate you serve.

Local SEO for an industrial repair company means getting your workshop and service base to appear on Google Maps when a plant searches near its own estate. Distance, relevance and listings decide who is shown. GullySales builds your Business Profile and directory entries and checks that your name, address and phone match everywhere.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For industrial repair and maintenance companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The workshop is not where the plant is”

You repair at the customer's site, so Google must understand a service area, not just a shop address on a side lane.

  • “Several estates, one profile”

A company serving Bommasandra, Peenya and Hosur Road with a single listing is shown for only one of them.

  • “Old listings with a dead number”

A previous address or a technician's old mobile on JustDial sends a breakdown call to someone who left.

What we do

What we deliver for industrial repair and maintenance companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A verified Business Profile

A complete profile with the right category, the machines you repair as services, real photographs of the workshop and hours that match who answers the phone.

Result: A nearby search shows a listing with a number that rings.

  2. Service-area setup

The estates and towns you can reach in a day, entered as your service area, and a decision on whether each base needs its own profile.

Result: Google shows you for the areas you can actually reach.

  3. Directory clean-up

Your entries on JustDial, IndiaMART, Sulekha and similar sites checked, duplicates reported and name, address and phone made identical.

Result: A plant sees one consistent business, not three versions.

  4. Review request routine

A way to ask a maintenance head for a Google review after a job, using the platform's current rules and no incentive.

Result: Profiles gain recent reviews written by plant staff.

  5. Call and direction tracking

A record of calls, direction requests and messages from the profile, matched to job cards where they led to work.

Result: You can see what the listing brings against a directory.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What Google weighs here

Three things decide who a plant sees on Maps, and what to do about each.

Relevance, the category and services you list
Choose the category that matches your main work, such as electric motor repair, and list each machine type as a service. A mixed category shows you for nothing in particular.
Distance from the person searching
A plant in Peenya sees workshops nearest to it first. Note which estates your jobs come from and set the service area to match, rather than claiming a whole state.
Prominence, reviews and listings elsewhere
Reviews from plant staff and consistent listings count. Ask after a clean job, and never offer a discount or a gift for a review.
Name, address and phone, the same everywhere
Write the company name and number exactly as on your GST certificate across Google, JustDial and IndiaMART. A dead mobile number on an old entry costs you breakdown calls.
Photographs of work and workshop
Add photographs of the test bench, a rewound stator or a stripped pump, with permission and no plant names. Buyers use them to judge if you can handle their machine.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can a repair company that works at the customer's site have a profile?
Yes, if you have a workshop or office that is staffed, or you can list as a service-area business. Check Google's current guidelines, since the rules on address display change. Do not use an address that is not yours.
Can we have a profile for each of our branches?
Yes, if each branch is a real, staffed location with its own phone. Each listing needs different content and photographs. A branch that is only a mobile number does not qualify.
A rival has a listing with fake reviews. What do we do?
Report the listing or the reviews through Google's own tools and keep screenshots. You cannot force removal. Build your own genuine reviews and keep your profile complete, which counts for more.
Our workshop is in a shared building. Does that matter?
It can, since Google may question shared premises. Use the unit number as printed on your papers, keep a signboard photograph and make sure the phone is answered in your company name.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
