Industrial repair and maintenance companies · Search engine optimisation

Show up when a plant searches for the machine that has just stopped.

SEO for an industrial repair company means building pages that answer the searches a maintenance head makes at a breakdown, such as gearbox repair or servo drive repair. A page for each machine and each industrial area decides whether a plant finds you. GullySales builds those pages and tracks which search brought which call.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For industrial repair and maintenance companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The search names the machine and the fault”

A maintenance head types screw compressor not loading or VFD error repair, not repair company. A page that lists only services cannot answer that.

  • “Plants choose by area”

Buyers add Peenya, Bommasandra or Bhosari to the search because a technician must reach the plant that day. A page with no area is skipped.

  • “Make and model names carry weight”

An engineer looks for the make he runs. A page that says which makes you have repaired earns a call a general page would not.

What we do

What we deliver for industrial repair and maintenance companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page per machine type

Separate pages for motors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic units and drives, each with common faults, what the repair involves and a call button.

Result: A search for a specific machine reaches a page written for it.

  2. Pages by industrial area

A page for each estate you can reach, naming the roads and the kinds of plants there, written from your own job records.

Result: A search that includes your estate finds a page about it.

  3. A fault and symptom list for each machine

Short entries such as motor tripping on overload or pump losing prime, each saying what to check and when to call you.

Result: An engineer searching a symptom meets your name early.

  4. Make and brand coverage

A list of makes you have serviced, taken only from your own job cards, shown on the relevant machine page.

Result: A buyer sees that you have worked on his make.

  5. Search tracking tied to calls

Call tracking and a source column on every enquiry, so you see which page produced which job card.

Result: You know which machine pages are worth extending.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

These are the searches a plant makes, and the page that should answer each.

Machine and fault, such as servo motor not running
The engineer is at the machine. Send him to a page for that motor type listing the faults you repair, the makes you handle and a number that rings at night.
Machine repair plus estate, such as gearbox repair Peenya
He needs a technician who can reach the plant. Write one page per estate you serve, with the roads, the machines you service there and your visiting hours.
Make and model, such as a named compressor brand overhaul
Add the brand to the machine page only if your technicians have serviced it. Match it to a job card so the page is not guesswork.
AMC and preventive maintenance for a plant
The searcher is a plant head or purchase officer. Give this its own page describing what an AMC visit covers, what the plant provides and what is out of scope.
Reconditioning versus replacing a machine part
Answer the question a purchase officer asks before approving a repair. A short page on when reconditioning makes sense earns trust before the first call.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How much of our work comes from search?
We do not know until we record it. Your baseline of enquiries by source is set before work starts, so you see what search brings against calls from existing plants and directories.
Should we write about every machine we can repair?
Start with the five or six where you win most jobs and have photographs. A thin page for a machine you rarely repair adds nothing. Add a page when a second enquiry for that machine arrives.
Do photographs of repaired machines help?
Yes, if the plant allows it. Photographs of the workshop, test bench and a stripped gearbox show what you do. Remove nameplates and anything that identifies the plant unless you have permission.
Who owns the website and the content?
You do. The domain and hosting should be in your name, and every page we write is yours to keep. Ask any vendor to confirm that in writing before they build.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
