PPE and safety equipment manufacturers · Content marketing

Answer what a safety officer asks before he asks for a quote.

Content marketing for a PPE manufacturer is writing and filming the answers a safety officer or purchase manager needs before choosing a supplier: how to choose, what the marking means and how the product is made. GullySales writes them from your own calls and factory floor.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For PPE and safety equipment manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The content is about safety in general”

Posts about safety week and posters bring likes. They do not answer how to choose a glove for oil handling.

  • “The people who know the product never write”

The quality head knows why a sole splits and the works manager knows what plants ask. None of it reaches the page.

  • “Buyers ask the same five questions again and again”

Which standard, what size range, what minimum order, how long does it last, can I see a test report. They are answered on calls and never published.

What we do

What we deliver for PPE and safety equipment manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A list of questions from your own calls

The questions plants, dealers and contractors ask, collected from the sales team and ordered by how many times each comes up.

Result: Writing begins from real questions.

  2. Guides to choosing a product

How to choose a safety shoe for a plant floor, a glove for oil or cuts, a harness for work at height, written in plain words.

Result: A buyer reads before he calls.

  3. Explainers on markings and standards

What the marks on a helmet or shoe mean, as the standard itself describes them, with a note to check the current text.

Result: A purchase committee can follow what it is approving.

  4. Factory process posts and videos

How a shoe is lasted and tested, how a helmet shell is moulded and checked, shot on the floor with permission.

Result: A buyer sees how the product is made.

  5. Customer notes with consent

Short accounts of how a plant tested and adopted a product, only with the customer's written agreement and no claims about injuries.

Result: A hesitant buyer reads what another plant did.

  6. A page that links each piece to a product

Each guide ends with the product page and a quote form for the plant that has read it.

Result: Reading leads to an enquiry.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Questions buyers ask first

The questions a PPE buyer asks, in his words, and the piece that answers each.

Which safety shoe suits a steel plant floor?
Write a guide on toe protection, sole material and heat or oil resistance, by area of the plant. Name the standard and link to the shoe pages. Do not claim more than your test report states.
How do I choose gloves for oil, chemicals or cuts?
A table of hazards and glove types with what each protects against and what it does not. Add a note on sizes and replacement. Link to the product pages, and invite a sample request.
What does the mark on this helmet mean?
Explain the markings as described in the standard, in plain words, and say to check the current text. Show the marking on your own product, with a photograph, and the certificate you hold.
When should this equipment be replaced?
Describe what a user should inspect, signs of wear and the manufacturer's guidance for your product. Do not promise a lifespan. Say that the safety officer decides, and suggest a written inspection routine.
Can I see how it is made and tested?
A short video or photo set of the factory: cutting, stitching or moulding, and the tests you run. Say what is tested in-house and what is sent to a laboratory.
Will you make this with our logo and colour?
A page on custom workwear and branded helmets: what can be customised, the minimum order, the sample step and the artwork file needed. It brings contractors and large plants.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the content marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should write the content?
Someone who knows the product, with help from someone who writes plainly. The quality head's answers, written up by a marketer, beat a generic article. We can do the writing, and your team checks every technical sentence before it goes out.
Do our staff need to be on camera?
No, not at first. Show hands, machines and the product. If a person speaks, the works manager or the quality head carries more weight than a model. Get their agreement, and check that nobody in the frame is shown without consent.
Should we publish in Hindi and regional languages?
If your buyers read them, yes, for the guides on choosing and care. Plant floor supervisors and small contractors read in their own language. Have a person who knows the trade check each translation.
Video or written guides, which first?
Written guides, because they are found by search and can be checked by a purchase committee. Add short videos for how it is made and how to wear it. Use the videos in dealer messages as well.
Can you help us show certificates and standards on the website?
We set out the pages, and you supply the certificates you hold and the wording the testing body gives. We show only what you hold and do not state more than the certificate says. Rules and standards change, so check with your testing body.
Do you make safety claims about our products?
No. We describe the product, its materials and the standard as marked on your certificate. We do not claim that it prevents injury, and we avoid any wording a buyer's audit could challenge.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
