PPE and safety equipment manufacturers · Website

Build a site where a purchase committee can read the specification and request a sample.

A website for a PPE manufacturer shows each product with its specification, the standard it is made to, the factory and a quote or sample request. GullySales builds the site and ties each enquiry to the page it came from.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For PPE and safety equipment manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is a catalogue with no detail”

A photograph and a name for each product. A buyer needs sizes, materials, the standard and the minimum order, and leaves to find them elsewhere.

  • “Certificates are not on the site”

The buyer's quality team asks for them before approval, and the maker sends them by mail one by one, long after the first enquiry.

  • “There is no way to ask for a sample”

The contact page is a single form with a generic message, and the buyer cannot say which product, how many pieces or for which plant.

What we do

What we deliver for PPE and safety equipment manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A product page per item with specification

Material, sizes, colours, packing, the standard as marked, the test paper held and the minimum order.

Result: A committee can compare you with a rival.

  2. A page of certificates and test reports

The certificates you hold and the products each covers, with copies on request.

Result: The quality team verifies you before it asks.

  3. A sample and quote form by product

Product, quantity, plant and use, company and a person, in few fields, with a reply from a named person.

Result: An enquiry has what you need to answer.

  4. A factory page

Photographs and a short video of cutting, stitching or moulding and testing, with the location and capacity in general terms.

Result: A buyer sees that you manufacture.

  5. A dealer page

Terms for dealers, the areas covered, how to apply and what support you give.

Result: Dealers know how to start.

  6. Tracking and enquiry reports

Each call and form tied to the page and the source, with the quote and order that followed.

Result: Pages that bring no enquiries are fixed.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a purchase manager or safety officer looks for on a PPE maker's site, and how to show it.

The specification, in a table
Material, sizes, weight where relevant, colours, packing and minimum order, in a table readable on a phone. A buyer approving a product copies from it, so each field must be exact.
The standard and certificate, as held
State the standard each product is made to as marked on the certificate, with a link to the certificate page. Show only what you hold. Check the current wording with your testing body before publishing.
A real factory
Show the plant, the machines and the tests you run, with a location and the names of the industrial areas you supply. A buyer is deciding whether you can deliver, and a stock photograph says nothing.
Who you supply
List the kinds of plants and sites you supply, by industry. Name a customer only with written permission. Say whether you sell direct, through dealers or both, and where you deliver.
Sample and order process
Say how a buyer asks for a sample, what it costs, how a trial is run and how an order is placed. A buyer who sees the steps expects less trouble than one who sees a contact form.
Papers for vendor approval
Say what you can send: company profile, GST registration, certificates, test reports and a supply list. A purchase team asks for them, so state that they are available on request.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is IndiaMART enough as a website?
No. IndiaMART brings enquiries and shows your products among your rivals', but a purchase committee wants a page it can cite and a factory it can see. Keep the listing, and point it to your own pages.
Should the website be in Hindi or other languages?
For the product guides and the contact page, if your buyers read them. Plant supervisors and dealers in smaller towns read in their own language. Have the translation checked by someone who knows the product.
Will it load on a phone at the plant?
Plain pages with small images and tables load well, even on weak signal. Avoid heavy sliders and large videos on product pages. Test the site on a basic phone, because a purchase manager may open it between meetings.
Who should own the domain and the hosting?
You, in the company's name, with a mail address you control as the account owner. Do not let a developer or a relative register it. Keep the renewal date and the login with you.
Can you help us show certificates and standards on the website?
We set out the pages, and you supply the certificates you hold and the wording the testing body gives. We show only what you hold and do not state more than the certificate says. Rules and standards change, so check with your testing body.
Do you make safety claims about our products?
No. We describe the product, its materials and the standard as marked on your certificate. We do not claim that it prevents injury, and we avoid any wording a buyer's audit could challenge.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
