PPE and safety equipment manufacturers · Search engine optimisation

Be the page a safety officer finds when he searches for the exact helmet, shoe or harness.

SEO for a PPE manufacturer is getting each product, with its specification and the standard it is made to, onto the pages that purchase managers and safety officers search. GullySales builds a page per product and per industry use, then traces enquiries to the page that brought them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For PPE and safety equipment manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A catalogue PDF is invisible to search”

The full range sits in a downloadable file. A buyer searching for safety shoes with steel toe cap for a steel plant never sees a page that answers him.

  • “The standard is on the product but not on the page”

The buyer asks which standard the helmet meets, and the page says only 'high quality'. A purchase committee cannot approve a product it cannot cite.

  • “Dealers outrank the maker”

Industrial supplies dealers and marketplaces list your product with their own photograph and no specification, and Google shows them first.

What we do

What we deliver for PPE and safety equipment manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page per product with its specification

Helmet, safety shoe, glove, harness, coverall, respirator or goggle, each with material, sizes, the standard it is made to and the test papers you hold.

Result: A buyer comparing makers can read the specification and shortlist you.

  2. Pages by industry and hazard

Safety gear for a foundry, a chemical plant, a construction site, a warehouse and a food unit, each naming the hazards and the products used.

Result: A safety officer finds the page for his own plant.

  3. Specification tables a buyer can compare

Plain tables of sizes, materials, colours, packing and minimum order, readable on a phone.

Result: An approved list is easier to prepare from your page.

  4. Certificate and test report pages

A page listing the certificates you hold and the products they cover, with copies available on request.

Result: A buyer's quality team can verify before ordering.

  5. Photographs of the factory and the product in use

Cutting, stitching, moulding and testing shown with photographs and captions, and the product worn on a real site with permission.

Result: A buyer sees that you make it.

  6. Search report against enquiries

Enquiries from search traced to the product page and to the order they became, so weak pages are rewritten.

Result: You keep the pages that bring orders and rework the rest.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What a purchase manager, safety officer or dealer types before asking a PPE maker for a quote, and the page that answers each.

Safety shoes manufacturer in a named city
A dealer or factory wants a maker near him. Show the shoe types, the toe cap and sole options, the standard, the factory location and the minimum order, with a photograph of the plant.
Industrial safety helmet with chin strap
A buyer for a site or plant wants the exact product. Give the shell material, the harness type, the colours, the standard and the test report, and a sample request form.
Full body harness for work at height
The searcher is a safety officer or a contractor. State the parts, the load rating as marked on the product, the standard and the lanyard options. Never claim more than the certificate says.
Cut resistant or chemical resistant gloves supplier
Different gloves suit different hazards. Make a page per glove type, say which hazard it is meant for, and name the standard it is tested to.
Safety equipment supplier near me or in a named industrial area
Many searchers are dealers and contractors. Show whether you sell direct, to dealers only or both, and the areas you supply.
Private label or bulk order of workwear
A buyer wants coveralls with his company logo. A page on custom workwear with fabric, printing and embroidery choices, and the minimum order, brings these.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should every product have its own page?
Yes, for each product a buyer searches by name, such as the safety shoe or the full body harness. Put the specification, the standard and the sample request on it. Variants in size or colour can share the page.
Is a blog useful for a PPE maker?
Yes, if it answers questions safety officers ask: how to choose a helmet, how long gloves last, what the marking means. Write from calls you have taken. General safety news brings readers who will not buy.
Can I show a standard mark on my page?
Only for products that hold the certification, and only as it appears on the certificate. Check what applies to each product with your testing body or adviser. A wrong or expired mark on a page is a risk to the business.
Do marketplaces replace my own website?
No. A marketplace brings enquiries and takes a share of attention, but the buyer still wants to see the maker. Build your own pages for the specification and the plant, and link the marketplace listing to them.
Can you help us show certificates and standards on the website?
We set out the pages, and you supply the certificates you hold and the wording the testing body gives. We show only what you hold and do not state more than the certificate says. Rules and standards change, so check with your testing body.
Do you make safety claims about our products?
No. We describe the product, its materials and the standard as marked on your certificate. We do not claim that it prevents injury, and we avoid any wording a buyer's audit could challenge.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
