PPE and safety equipment manufacturers · CRM

Keep each plant, each dealer and each sample in one record, not in five inboxes.

A CRM for a PPE manufacturer records each buyer, product, quote, sample and approval, so a purchase committee's slow decision does not slip through the office. GullySales sets up what to record, who updates it and the follow-ups that fall due.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For PPE and safety equipment manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A decision takes many hands and many weeks”

The safety officer likes the product, the purchase manager wants a price, and the plant head signs. Each step lives in a different mail.

  • “Samples and trials are tracked in memory”

Nobody remembers which plant tested which glove, or what the trial showed.

  • “Dealer and direct customers overlap”

A factory buys from a dealer and also writes to you. For example, a plant in an industrial estate asks your dealer and your office for the same glove in the same week. Without one record, you quote twice at two prices.

What we do

What we deliver for PPE and safety equipment manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A buyer record with the committee

Company, plant, the safety officer, the purchase manager, the approver, the products used and the supplier now.

Result: You know who decides and who only asks.

  2. A quote and sample log

Quote date, price basis, sample sent, trial started, trial result and the date to call.

Result: A trial does not end in silence.

  3. Follow-up dates on every open quote

A date and a person on each quote, with a short note of what to ask.

Result: No quote is left to go cold.

  4. A dealer and end-customer link

Each dealer listed with the plants supplied, and each plant marked as dealer-supplied or direct.

Result: You stop quoting a plant twice at two prices.

  5. A reorder reminder per customer

The last order date and the usual order gap, so a call falls due before the plant orders from a rival.

Result: A regular customer is called, not missed.

  6. A sample and trial line per plant

One line per plant for each trial, such as gloves tried on one shift by the safety officer, with the pieces sent, the feedback in the plant's words and the person who calls next.

Result: A trial that passed can be quoted as the reason for an order.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries logged in the CRM
  • Data completeness
  • Reports generated from CRM data

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to record, and when

What a PPE manufacturer should write down about each buyer, quote and sample, and whether software is needed yet.

Company, plant and people
Record the company, the plant, the safety officer, the purchase manager and the person who signs. Add the phone and mail for each. Plants with several sites should be listed by site, because each buys separately.
Products used and the supplier now
Write the products the plant uses, the quantity per order and who supplies them now. This is what you are replacing, and what a rival will quote against. Update it after each visit.
Quote basis and validity
Record price, unit, packing, minimum order, GST, delivery terms and how long the quote holds. Two quotes for one buyer with different bases cause disputes later.
Sample and trial
Record the pieces sent, the date, who at the plant tests them, the date of the trial and the result in their words. A trial that passed is the best reason for a purchase order.
Approval stage and the reason for a loss
Mark where the deal stands: trial, price, vendor approval, purchase order. When lost, pick a reason: price, specification, certificate, delivery, relationship. The pattern tells you what to fix.
Do you need software yet?
A shared sheet is enough while one or two people handle enquiries. Move to a CRM when several people update it, dealers and plants multiply, or reminders are missed. Choose after the sheet is in daily use.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the crm work runs

  1. 1

    Map the sales process

We record how a deal actually moves from enquiry to close in your business today.

  2. 2

    Configure stages and fields

The CRM's pipeline and fields are built to match that process exactly, not a generic template.

  3. 3

    Set up automations

Reminders, assignment rules and follow-up triggers are configured so routine steps happen without manual effort.

  4. 4

    Test with real deals

We run the configuration against actual current deals to catch gaps before the whole team relies on it.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Spreadsheet or CRM, which first?
A spreadsheet first, if it is filled every day by whoever takes the enquiry. Move to a CRM when the columns are stable and more people need reminders. Software bought first sits empty while the same quotes are forgotten.
The salesmen will not update it. What can I do?
Make the sheet the only place the owner looks when asking about a quote. Ask for fewer fields, not more, and review one row with each salesman each time. A salesman whose follow-ups arrive from it begins to trust it.
What about quotes and chats that sit in mail and WhatsApp?
Keep the mail and chat as the source, and have the office copy the date, the amount and the next step into the record. Save the quote as a file named by company and date. One row per buyer is what you check each day.
Who owns the customer data if a salesman leaves?
The company does, so keep the record in a company account with your login as owner, not in a personal mail or phone. Collect the log and the contacts on the last day, and remove access that day.
Can you help us show certificates and standards on the website?
We set out the pages, and you supply the certificates you hold and the wording the testing body gives. We show only what you hold and do not state more than the certificate says. Rules and standards change, so check with your testing body.
Do you make safety claims about our products?
No. We describe the product, its materials and the standard as marked on your certificate. We do not claim that it prevents injury, and we avoid any wording a buyer's audit could challenge.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
