Steel rolling mills and TMT bar makers · Search engine optimisation

Be the mill that appears when a builder types the grade and the town.

SEO for a TMT bar maker means pages for each grade, size and state you sell in, so a dealer, builder or purchase head searching for them finds your mill. GullySales writes the pages from your product sheets and certificates, and traces the calls and rate requests that come from them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For steel rolling mills and TMT bar makers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers search by grade and by town”

A builder types Fe 500D TMT bars supplier with a city name. A mill whose website says only quality steel for a better tomorrow matches nothing.

  • “Price pages attract the wrong crowd”

Rate list pages draw dealers shopping for a gap of a few rupees, students and retail buyers. A page built to answer them takes a rate request in return.

  • “Dealer and customer needs are mixed on one page”

A page that tries to address dealers, builders and engineers at once serves none. Each should have the page about what he is buying or applying for.

What we do

What we deliver for steel rolling mills and TMT bar makers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each grade

Fe 500, Fe 500D, Fe 550D and any special grade you roll, each with sizes, the standard, the licence and how to check a lot.

Result: A buyer who types a grade lands on a page about it.

  2. A page for each size range and product

Bars by diameter, plus angles, channels and wire rod, with what each is used for and the lengths and bundles you supply.

Result: A purchase head can match a requirement to your product list.

  3. Pages for the states and districts you supply

A page for each place you ship to, naming your dealers, your lorry routes and the nearest dispatch point.

Result: A dealer or builder in that district finds a local answer.

  4. A dealership search page

A page for dealers looking for a mill to stock, with the terms, the districts open and an application form.

Result: Dealer enquiries arrive with the details you need.

  5. Enquiries traced to the page

Rate requests, calls and dealership forms tagged to the page they came from, so you see which grade and district pages bring orders.

Result: You can see which pages work.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

The searches a dealer, a builder and a purchase head type, and the page that answers each.

TMT bar manufacturer in my state
Answer on a page for the state: where your mill is, which districts you supply, the grades you roll and a phone number for rate requests. State your plant location plainly.
Fe 500D TMT bars supplier
Put the grade, sizes and the standard it is made to on the page, with the BIS licence and a sample test certificate. A buyer who types a grade knows what he wants.
TMT bar dealership or distributor wanted
A separate page for dealers, listing the districts open, what the mill gives and expects, and a form asking for godown, current brands and business history.
TMT bar price today
Do not publish a rate. Offer a button that sends today's rate for a size and a town on WhatsApp, and record who asked. It brings dealers and builders into your own record.
Best TMT bar brand for house construction
House builders search this before asking the dealer. Write a plain page on what to check, such as the ISI mark and the test certificate, and say a structural engineer decides the grade.
How to check TMT bars at delivery
Write what a buyer can see on the day: the brand rolled on the bar, the mark, the bundle tag and the paperwork. It earns trust from engineers who share it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we have a page for each state?
For the states where you have dealers or lorry routes, yes. For states you cannot supply economically, no, because a page there makes promises freight cannot keep. Add a state when you have a dealer or an order to show.
Do we need a blog?
Not before the product and district pages are done. A small set of practical articles, such as how to check bars at delivery, then earns links from engineers and dealers. Write each only with your quality head's agreement.
Can we use another mill's technical text as a base?
Do not copy it. Technical copy that matches another mill's reads as borrowed and search engines see the duplication. Write from your own certificates and your own process.
Who owns the site and its content?
The mill does. The domain is registered in the company's name, and you hold the logins. Ask your builder for the files, photographs and text at the end of the work.
Can we publish our rate on the website?
No. A steel rate changes with the market and a printed one is wrong by the afternoon. Publish the grades, sizes and a way to ask for today's rate, and answer on WhatsApp from a named person.
Does a mill need a brand if it sells only through dealers?
Yes. A brand builders ask for makes the dealer's job easier and lets you hold your rate. A mill known only by the lorry it sends competes on rate each day.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
