Steel rolling mills and TMT bar makers · Website

Build a website where a purchase head can check your licence and ask for a rate in a minute.

A website for a TMT bar mill is a set of pages that show the grades you roll, the documents behind them and the way to ask for a rate or a dealership. GullySales builds it around product pages and proof, with the domain and content in your name.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For steel rolling mills and TMT bar makers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Brochure language hides the facts”

Pages praising strength and trust tell an engineer nothing. He wants the grade, the standard, the licence and the test certificate.

  • “The dealer cannot find the terms”

A stockist wants to know what the mill expects and gives. If the site has no page for him, he rings and gets whatever the person who answers says.

  • “The plant is never shown”

A purchase head considering a new mill wants to see the rolling line, the testing room and the yard. Most sites show a logo and a stock photograph.

What we do

What we deliver for steel rolling mills and TMT bar makers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A product catalogue by grade and size

A page for each grade with sizes, lengths, bundle details and the standard, laid out so an engineer can read it on a phone.

Result: A buyer finds the product he needs in one click.

  2. A certificates and licence page

The BIS licence, sample mill test certificates and plant approvals, with a note on how to match a certificate to a lot. Keep it current.

Result: An engineer can verify the brand without calling.

  3. A plant page with photographs and a short film

The rolling line, the testing room and the yard, shot with permission and with safety rules respected.

Result: A purchase head sees the mill he would buy from.

  4. A dealership page and a dealer locator

Terms for new dealers, a form, and a map of your current dealers by district, so a builder finds the nearest one.

Result: Dealers apply and builders find a stockist.

  5. A rate request button that opens WhatsApp

A button on every page that opens a message with the size, quantity and town to fill in, going to a number that is answered.

Result: A rate request is one tap away.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a dealer, an engineer and a purchase head look for on a mill's website, and how to show it.

The grades and sizes you roll
A table with grade, diameter range, lengths and the standard each is made to. An engineer checks the table against his drawing before he reads anything else.
The BIS licence and test certificates
Show the licence as issued and a sample certificate with the lot marked. Keep both current, and remove a document the day it expires.
The mill itself
Photographs of the rolling line, the testing room, the yard and the dispatch gate, with your location named. State your own capacity from your records, if you choose to.
Where your dealers are
A locator by district with each dealer's name and phone, and consent from each dealer. A builder wants the nearest yard, not a call to the head office.
A way to ask for a rate
A button that opens WhatsApp with size, quantity and town to fill in, plus a form for dealership. Check on a phone that both reach someone who answers.
Projects you have supplied
A list of projects with the grade and the buyer's permission to name them. A purchase head trusts a mill that has supplied a project he knows.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a profile on IndiaMART enough instead of a website?
A profile finds some buyers but cannot show your licence, certificates and plant properly, and it belongs to the platform. Keep it for reach and build a site you own for proof.
Should the website be in more than one language?
If your dealers and masons read Hindi or a state language first, add it for the dealership and contact pages. Keep technical pages in English and keep the languages in step.
How heavy can our photographs and certificates be?
Light enough to open on a phone in a godown with a weak signal. Compress photographs, and link certificate files instead of putting them on the first screen.
Who owns the domain?
The mill does, in the company's name, with your email as the contact. Ask for all logins, photographs and text on handover, and never accept a site on someone else's hosting account.
Can we publish our rate on the website?
No. A steel rate changes with the market and a printed one is wrong by the afternoon. Publish the grades, sizes and a way to ask for today's rate, and answer on WhatsApp from a named person.
Does a mill need a brand if it sells only through dealers?
Yes. A brand builders ask for makes the dealer's job easier and lets you hold your rate. A mill known only by the lorry it sends competes on rate each day.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
