Elderly care NGOs · Content marketing

Write the pages that answer what a worried family asks at midnight.

Content marketing for an elderly care NGO is writing the guides, notes and stories that help a family, donor or volunteer decide. GullySales works with the manager and trustees on topics, accuracy and the consent of anyone who appears in them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For elderly care NGOs

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The questions are practical and a little frightening”

How do we know the home is clean? What happens if a resident is taken ill at night? What do we pay for? A page that answers these with the home's own facts earns more trust than a general essay on ageing.

  • “Families need words for conversations they dread”

Telling a father that the home is the plan is hard. A short guide on how to visit, what to ask and how to bring the parent into the decision gives the family something to use that day.

  • “Donors want to know where the gift goes”

A page that explains what a meal, a medicine fund or a ward repair involves, using costs the trust can show, answers the question before it is asked. Invented impact numbers do the opposite.

  • “Resident stories are a matter of consent”

A story about a resident can move readers and still hurt the person in it. It needs the resident's own agreement, the right to withdraw it and a review before it goes out.

What we do

What we deliver for elderly care NGOs.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A family decision guide

A page on how to choose a home, what to ask on a visit and what documents to bring.

Result: A guide the front desk can send to a family that phones.

  2. A day-at-the-home page

A plain account of meals, medicines, visiting and activities as they happen, written with the manager.

Result: A page whose every statement the manager has checked.

  3. A where-your-gift-goes page

Each kind of gift explained with the cost lines the trust holds, and no invented figures.

Result: Each gift type shown with a cost the accountant can confirm.

  4. A consent-first story process

A short process for gathering a resident story: ask, record, show it back, publish only on a yes.

Result: A story file for each piece that holds the signed agreement.

  5. A writing brief for trustees

A brief on tone, words to avoid and facts that must be checked before publication.

Result: A brief the trustees have read and agreed.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can volunteers write for the site?
Yes, with the brief and a review by the manager before publication. They should never post resident details or photographs without the agreed process.
How do we write about dementia care?
Factually and respectfully. We avoid claims about improvement or cure and describe what the home does day to day. Check care claims with your own medical adviser.
Do we need a blog?
Not a blog for its own sake. A handful of well-made pages for the questions families and donors ask is worth more than regular posts nobody reads.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
