Elderly care NGOs · Search engine optimisation

Let a family searching for an old age home near them find yours first.

SEO for an elderly care NGO is the work of making your home appear when families and donors search for old age homes, day care for seniors or ways to help older people. GullySales works on page structure, wording and the facts a searcher needs on arrival.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For elderly care NGOs

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The search is for a place, not an organisation”

A family types the town and the words old age home, not the name of your trust. A site that leads with its history and mentions the location once will lose to a page that states the town, the type of care and the way to visit.

  • “Free homes and paid homes get mixed up in results”

Someone seeking a free home for a destitute elder and someone seeking a paid retirement home use similar words. A page that does not say which you are brings the wrong visitor and loses the right one.

  • “Donors search by what they want to fund”

A person remembering a parent looks for meals for the elderly or medicines for old age home residents. A donate page that names these needs plainly can be found. One that only says support us cannot.

  • “A PDF annual report is invisible to search”

Registration details, care standards and activities kept in a scanned file give a search engine nothing to read. The same facts on a normal page answer the funder and the family together.

What we do

What we deliver for elderly care NGOs.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each type of care

Separate pages for the home, the day care centre, home visits and meals, each naming the town and what is offered.

Result: One page per service that the owner can read and recognise as accurate.

  2. Admission and visiting page

The rules, the visiting hours and the route to arrange a visit, written in the words a family would type.

Result: A page that answers the first questions a family asks before they phone.

  3. Donor need pages

Pages for meals, medicines and a renovation, each with the real cost line the trust provides.

Result: Each need on its own page with a cost line the trustees have approved.

  4. Converting reports into pages

Facts from the annual report and inspection records rewritten as readable pages.

Result: The key facts from the files now sit in text a family can read.

  5. Search Console set-up and reading

The site connected to Google Search Console and the searches reaching it listed for the trustees.

Result: A list of the actual searches that led people to the site.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How long before we appear in search?
Nobody can honestly say, and we do not promise a ranking. Search results depend on competitors, the age of the site and the work done. We show what has been changed and what the searches say.
Do we need a new website for SEO?
If the current site can hold the pages above and loads on a basic phone, it can be worked on. We look at the site first and tell you plainly.
Should we write in Kannada or Hindi as well?
If the families searching speak those languages, yes. The pages are written by someone who knows the language, not translated by machine, and the owner or a trustee reads them first.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
