Elderly care NGOs · Local SEO

Be the home a family sees on the map when they search near the parent.

Local SEO for an elderly care NGO means your home, day care centre or helpline appears on the map and in nearby searches with correct address and hours. GullySales works on the Google Business Profile, the listings and the reviews that sit around them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For elderly care NGOs

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The family is searching from another city”

A daughter in Pune looks for a home near a mother in a small town. The map shows the nearest few homes with their photos and hours. A listing with a wrong pin or no hours is passed over.

  • “The pin leads to the wrong gate”

Old age homes sit on lanes or inside campuses. A visitor who follows the map to the main road and cannot find the entrance gives up. A landmark and a note on the entrance in the listing stop that.

  • “Reviews about residents' families raise privacy questions”

A reviewer may mention a named resident. A reply should thank them without repeating the name or any detail about the resident or their care, and without arguing in public.

  • “Photos on the listing must respect the residents”

The profile invites photos of the building, the dining hall and the garden. Pictures of residents belong there only with their agreement, and a picture of the premises says plenty without them.

What we do

What we deliver for elderly care NGOs.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile set-up

Name, address, hours, services and a landmark-based description, each checked against the real home.

Result: A profile whose every field the manager has read and confirmed.

  2. Pin and entrance correction

The map pin moved to the true gate, with a note on how to find it from the main road.

Result: A pin that a first-time visitor can follow to the right gate.

  3. Listing consistency

The same name, address and phone number on directories and elder care listings used in your town.

Result: One agreed version of the details across every listing found.

  4. Photo plan without residents

Photographs of the building, rooms, kitchen and garden taken with the manager's approval.

Result: A set of photos on the profile that show no resident who has not consented.

  5. Review reply guide

Short replies for thanks, for complaints and for mentions of residents, with a rule never to repeat personal details.

Result: A one-page guide the person who replies can keep beside the screen.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we ask families to leave reviews?
You can invite them politely, once, and never in return for anything. A family in grief or in a hard choice may not want to be asked, so the manager decides who is approached.
What if a reviewer names a resident?
Reply without naming the resident or discussing their care, thank the reviewer and offer a conversation by phone. You can also ask the platform to look at the review. Check the platform's current rules.
Does the home need a listing if there is no walk-in?
Yes. Families still want the address and the hours, and a donor wants to see that the place exists. A listing that says visits by appointment tells them how to ask.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
