Elderly care NGOs · Website

Build the site a worried family and a careful donor can both rely on.

A website for an elderly care NGO is the place where a family confirms the address and rules, a donor sees where a gift goes and a funder finds the standards. GullySales works on the pages, the wording and the details that must be accurate.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For elderly care NGOs

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first screen must say what the home is”

A visitor who arrives from a map or a search wants to know the town, the kind of care and whether it is free or paid. A slideshow of smiling faces answers none of that.

  • “Phone-first design matters”

Visitors come on a basic phone with a slow connection. Heavy images and a donate pop-up make the page unusable. A light page with a tap-to-call button and visible visiting hours works.

  • “Donation pages need plain wording”

A donor wants to know what a gift covers and how to give. Payment rules and receipts differ by organisation, so we show your own process and ask you to check it with your adviser.

  • “Photographs need the residents' consent”

A site full of resident photos is a liability if some were not asked. A page showing the building, the garden and the staff is honest and lets the home add resident images only where agreed.

What we do

What we deliver for elderly care NGOs.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Core pages

Home, admission and fees, daily life, how to give, volunteer and contact, each with the facts the manager provides.

Result: A page set where the manager has confirmed each fact.

  2. A tap-to-call and WhatsApp button

A visible way to reach the home on every page, matched to the number a person answers.

Result: Each button tested by calling it.

  3. Standards page

Registration, inspection records, staff and complaint route as the home supplies them, with documents on request.

Result: A page with the documents the trust holds, checked by a trustee.

  4. Consent-aware photo set

Photographs of the premises and, with written agreement, of residents who chose to appear.

Result: A photo list that matches the consent file.

  5. Plain-language and local-language versions

Pages in English and the local language, written by someone who knows the language.

Result: A version of each key page in the language families use.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a donate button on every page?
No. Place it where a donor decides, such as the need pages, and keep the other pages calm. Too many asks make a family choosing a home feel sold to.
Can we use our existing site?
If it loads on a phone and holds these pages, yes. We review it first and tell you what to keep and what to replace.
Who updates the site?
A named person at the home. We set it up so changes like visiting hours are simple to make, and we leave a short guide.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
