Elderly care NGOs · WhatsApp marketing

Answer families and donors on the app they already use, with the manager in view.

WhatsApp for an elderly care NGO means a number the home answers for admission questions, donor thanks and volunteer plans. GullySales works on the number, the ready replies, the groups and the rules on who may be messaged.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For elderly care NGOs

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The family writes at night and expects an answer by morning”

A WhatsApp message from a worried son arrives late. Without a stated reply time and a greeting that says someone will respond, the son feels unheard. An auto-reply that gives the visiting hours and a name steadies the family.

  • “Donor groups turn into forwarding chains”

A group of well-wishers receives every festival image and prayer forward. The group is muted by the third forward. A short message from the home when something real happens, sent only to people who asked, is read.

  • “Photos shared in groups cannot be called back”

A picture of residents posted in a volunteer group travels beyond it. The rule on what may be photographed has to be read before anyone joins, and the group admin removes posts that break it.

  • “Messaging people who did not ask is a risk”

Adding a donor's number to a broadcast list without their agreement can annoy them or breach the platform's terms. Ask first, record the yes and give a plain way to stop. Check the platform's current rules.

What we do

What we deliver for elderly care NGOs.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A home WhatsApp number set-up

A business profile with address, hours, a short description and a greeting that names who replies.

Result: A profile the manager has checked and a number held by named staff.

  2. Ready replies

Replies for admission questions, visiting hours, how to give and how to volunteer, written in plain words and local languages.

Result: A list of replies edited and approved by the manager.

  3. Opt-in and stop routine

A way to record who agreed to messages and how they can ask to be taken off.

Result: A list showing each person who has agreed and the date.

  4. Volunteer group rules

A short message on photographs, consent and conduct that every new member reads on joining.

Result: A pinned rule message and a named group admin.

  5. Memorial and thank-you messages

Considerate notes tied to the donor record and sent only to those who agreed.

Result: Each message tied to a record showing the donor agreed to hear from the home.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we send news to all donors at once?
Only to those who agreed to hear from you, and only when there is something worth saying. A broadcast to everyone dilutes the messages that matter.
Can residents' families chat with us on WhatsApp?
They can, for contact and general questions. Care details and anything private need a call or a visit. We help set the line between the two.
Do we need the paid business API?
Not always. A home with a modest volume can use the free business app. We compare what each allows and what your staff can manage.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
