Yoga ashrams · Digital marketing

Plan the channels around the booking and not around the noise.

Digital marketing for a yoga ashram is the set of online channels, from search and listings to messages and email, that carry a guest from curiosity to a paid advance. GullySales works on choosing which channels suit a quiet place and joining them to one booking path.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For yoga ashrams

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels are chosen by the guest, not the ashram”

The overseas traveller starts at a search engine or a retreat listing. The city family starts on Instagram or a friend's message. The mix of channels follows where each guest begins.

  • “More channels costs clarity”

An ashram that posts everywhere and answers nowhere seems scattered. A few channels, each with a link to the right page and a person who replies, serve guests better.

  • “The booking path is the real product”

Whatever brings the guest in, they land on dates, rooms, price and a way to pay. If that path is unclear, an excellent campaign pays for guests who leave.

  • “The tone must fit the place”

Countdown timers and discounts do not belong with a quiet residential practice. Marketing here works when it is informative, calm and accurate, and when the ashram would be content to see it printed.

What we do

What we deliver for yoga ashrams.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A plan that joins channels to programmes

Which channel serves which programme and which guest, written on one page.

Result: Every channel has a stated purpose.

  2. A booking path checked end to end

The route from search result to confirmation walked as a guest would, with every break noted and fixed.

Result: A guest can go from first click to advance without asking.

  3. Listings and search set up together

Accurate retreat listings, a Google profile and programme pages that match each other.

Result: The ashram tells the same story in every place.

  4. Email for past guests with consent

A list of those who agreed, and a plain message for each new batch.

Result: Returning guests hear about dates they care about.

  5. A simple report of enquiries by source

Enquiries, deposits and places filled, read against the channel each guest came from.

Result: You can see which channel brought real bookings.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which channel should an ashram start with?
The one the next guest already uses, which the enquiry records will show. That means accurate pages and listings first, before any paid promotion.
Do you run campaigns that promise transformation?
No. We describe the programme, the routine and the rules. We make no claims about results, health or spiritual outcomes, and we avoid urgency tricks.
How do you decide the budget?
The ashram decides what it can spend. We recommend where it should go, show what each channel brought in enquiries and leave the decision to the ashram.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
