Automotive service franchises · Website

Build one site that sells the franchise and books the service.

A website for an automotive service franchise has two jobs: it persuades a candidate to enquire about a unit and it lets a vehicle owner find and book an outlet. GullySales works on the structure, the outlet pages and the forms behind both.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For automotive service franchises

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The franchise page is a sales document”

A candidate reads it with a calculator and a doubt. It needs the format, space, machinery, support and the facts about what the brand supplies, with any figures cleared by your adviser. A gallery of smiling logos does not answer that.

  • “Outlet pages are the customer's front door”

The driver looks for a town, a service and a phone number. A page that loads on a weak mobile signal, shows the address and gives a call button wins the booking. A map embed with no number loses it.

  • “Forms that ask too much are abandoned”

A fifteen-field enquiry form on a phone loses the candidate who only wanted to ask a question. Ask for name, city, phone and whether they own premises. The team can learn the rest on the call.

  • “An unupdated site contradicts the listing”

If the site shows a closed outlet or an old price while Google shows another, the driver trusts neither. One source of truth for outlet details, used by the site and the listing, avoids that.

What we do

What we deliver for automotive service franchises.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure for both buyers

A clear split between franchise pages and customer pages, with a shared header and a separate route for each.

Result: A candidate and a driver each reach their pages in a tap.

  2. A franchise page and enquiry form

Format, support and process written in plain text, with a short form and a WhatsApp option.

Result: Every enquiry arrives with city, phone and premises status.

  3. Outlet page template and booking button

A repeatable page with address, services, hours, bay photographs, map and book or call buttons.

Result: Adding an outlet means filling a form, not building a page.

  4. Mobile speed and tracking setup

Image sizes, loading behaviour and analytics events for form submissions, calls and WhatsApp taps.

Result: The brand can see which buttons are used.

  5. A simple update process

One place where outlet details are edited and the site, listing and WhatsApp profile are checked together.

Result: Hours and numbers match across all three.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the franchise page show investment figures?
Show what you can support in writing and that your adviser has cleared. Rules on franchise disclosure differ, so check with your own adviser before publishing investment or income figures.
Can outlets edit their own pages?
Let them edit hours, photographs and offers within brand rules, and keep the structure and price band locked. Changes go live after a brand check.
Do we need online booking on day one?
No. A call button and a WhatsApp link work for a start. Add a booking calendar when the outlet can keep it current, since a booking that nobody honours does more harm than none.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
