Automotive service franchises · Social media

Show the bay, the job and the outcome in a way a driver trusts.

Social media marketing for an automotive service franchise is the use of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp channels to show workshops, work and people to both candidates and vehicle owners. GullySales works on a content plan that the brand controls and each outlet can use.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For automotive service franchises

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A vehicle owner wants proof of the work”

A short video of a brake pad replaced, the old part beside the new one, tells the owner more than a discount poster. It answers the doubt that the work was never done. Outlets that film the job give the brand trusted material.

  • “Candidates watch what existing partners post”

A garage owner considering the brand scrolls through the outlets' pages before calling. Dirty bays, a stale feed or a franchisee arguing in comments end the interest without anyone being told why.

  • “Outlets post at will and the brand loses its voice”

One outlet posts a loud offer, another posts a festival wish with the wrong logo. A shared kit of templates and an approval step keeps the brand looking like one name across towns.

  • “Bike and car owners use different platforms”

Two-wheeler customers follow short video and local groups, while car owners lean on Google and family WhatsApp groups. The same post in the same place reaches neither group well.

What we do

What we deliver for automotive service franchises.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A brand content kit for outlets

Templates for service offers, festival wishes, before-and-after posts and new-outlet announcements, with logo and wording locked.

Result: Every outlet posts in the brand's look without designing its own.

  2. A shot list for the workshop

A short list of videos an outlet can film on a phone: a service walk-through, a part replaced, a tyre alignment explained.

Result: The mechanic knows what to film on a normal working day.

  3. A candidate-facing channel

Posts about the format, a partner introducing their outlet with written consent, and the support the brand gives.

Result: A candidate sees real partners talking about real workshops.

  4. A moderation and reply routine

Rules for who replies to comments and messages, and what is passed to the outlet or to the brand.

Result: No comment about a bad service sits unanswered.

  5. Paid reach around each outlet

Meta ads aimed at the streets around an outlet, using the outlet's own photographs.

Result: Spend stays in the catchment of the outlet that can serve the driver.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should every outlet have its own Instagram page?
Start with brand-run pages that tag the outlet. Separate pages split the following and go stale when a franchisee loses interest. Add outlet pages only for those that will keep them active.
Can we show customers' vehicles in our posts?
Ask for the owner's permission and hide number plates. A customer who did not agree will not thank the brand for a post showing their car.
Do you run influencer or celebrity campaigns?
We do not promise reach or sales from them. We can plan local creators who actually drive in the town of an outlet, and agree the disclosure and payment terms in writing with them.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
