Borewell and drilling contractors · Website

Build a website a customer can open on a phone and call from the same screen.

A website for a borewell contractor is a short set of fast pages showing the jobs you do, the places you work, the rigs you run and how to reach you. Most visitors arrive on a mobile phone when something has stopped working. GullySales builds the site with a call button on every page and a way to send a photograph.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For borewell and drilling contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A directory page is the only thing a customer finds”

Listing sites show a name and a number among twenty others. A contractor with his own site stands out as someone who has a business, an address and a record.

  • “The site shows a rig but not the terms”

A page of photographs and a phone number leaves the owner asking what it costs and what happens when the bore is dry.

  • “Heavy pages on a weak signal”

A customer in a village or a new layout opens the page on a poor connection. If it does not load, he rings the next number.

What we do

What we deliver for borewell and drilling contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Pages for each job and each area

New borewell, flushing, re-drilling, pump fitting and recharge pits, and the towns you serve, in simple words with a call button.

Result: A visitor finds the job he needs and a number to ring.

  2. How we work and what it costs page

How a visit, a quote and the job sheet work, what the rate covers, what is extra and what happens when no water is found.

Result: The owner knows the terms before he calls.

  3. Photographs and short clips of real jobs

The rig at work, the casing, the flushing and the pump fitted, from your own sites with permission, in small files that open fast.

Result: A visitor sees real work done in places he knows.

  4. Enquiry form with a photograph upload

A short form for place, problem and a picture of the plot or the old bore, plus a WhatsApp button.

Result: The owner receives details that save a first call.

  5. Language versions

Key pages in your region's main language beside English, written by someone who speaks it.

Result: The visitor reads in the language he thinks in.

  6. Mobile speed and handover

Small images, fast pages on a weak connection and the domain and logins handed over in writing.

Result: The site opens on a village phone and belongs to you.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a customer looks for on a borewell contractor's page, and how the site can show it.

The rig, the crew and the places you work
Show a photograph of your own rig with the business name on it, and list the towns and layouts you cover. A customer who sees a real machine in a place he knows trusts it.
What the rate covers and what is extra
State the rate basis, what casing, flushing and the pump add, and what is charged if no water is found. A visitor who finds the terms upfront rings with fewer fears.
How a visit and a quote work
Write the steps in three or four plain lines: a call, a site visit, a written quote and a signed sheet. Show a sample job sheet so he knows what he will receive.
Photographs of finished work, with permission
Show the casing, the pump fitted and the rig on a real plot. Ask the owner first, and leave out house numbers and faces. Do not caption a picture as proof of water.
A call button, WhatsApp and a photograph upload
Place a call button and a WhatsApp link at the top and bottom of every page. Let the visitor send a picture of the plot or the old bore, so the first reply can be useful.
Registrations and permission you hold
State the registration of your firm and any rig registration that applies in your state. Rules differ by state and body, so check with your own authority and show only what you actually hold.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a directory listing enough for us?
A listing brings calls, but the visitor sees your rivals beside you and the platform keeps the customer data. Use listings for reach, and keep your own site as the place where your terms, photographs and number stay under your name.
Which language should the site be in?
English and the main language of the people you serve, such as Hindi, Telugu, Tamil or Marathi. Have a native speaker check the pages. Keep the phone number and the names of the jobs the same on every version.
How fast should it be?
It should open on an ordinary phone on a weak connection. That means small images, few scripts and no heavy videos on the front page. We test on a phone with a slow connection, not on office broadband.
Who owns the domain and the site?
You do. The domain is registered in the business's name with an email the owner can reach, and the logins are given to you in writing. A site in someone else's name can be taken down when a relationship ends.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
