Event décor companies · Website

Build a website that shows a family a set in a hall like its own.

A website for an event décor company is the place where a family, planner or company checks your work, reads what a quote includes and asks for a date. GullySales works on the structure, the photograph pages and the enquiry form that turn a visit into a conversation.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For event décor companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The photographs are the product”

A family decides on what it sees. Heavy images that load slowly on a phone lose the visitor before the first mandap appears. Images sized for mobile and arranged by event type keep the work in front of the viewer.

  • “A single gallery hides the work”

One long gallery of everything makes a corporate buyer scroll past weddings and a wedding family scroll past launches. Separate pages by event type, with the hall named on each photograph, show visitors their own setting.

  • “The form should ask what you need to cost”

A form asking only for name and number brings enquiries you must call back to qualify. Asking for the date, the venue, the guest count and the event type makes the first call about the design.

  • “Trust comes from the people and the place”

Families booking a crew for a once-only event want to see who will turn up. A page with the workshop, the team at work and a real address answers a doubt that a stock photograph cannot.

What we do

What we deliver for event décor companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built around event types

Pages for wedding, reception, birthday, corporate and festival work, with a page for each hall you have worked in.

Result: A visitor reaches work like their own in a click or two.

  2. Portfolio templates

A layout for a finished event: hall, brief, theme and photographs, so each new event is added in the same way.

Result: A new event goes up without redesigning the page.

  3. An enquiry form that asks to cost

Fields for date, venue, guest count, event type and budget range, with a saved reply sent through WhatsApp.

Result: Every form arrives with enough detail to quote.

  4. Image preparation for phones

Photographs resized and named so the pages load on a mobile connection and carry descriptive text.

Result: Open the gallery on a phone and the images appear without a long wait.

  5. A page about the crew and the workshop

Photographs of the team at work and the place you build in, with the address and how to visit.

Result: A family can see who will arrive on the day.

  6. A WhatsApp button on every page

A visible link that opens a chat with the first message written for you.

Result: A visitor can reach you from any page in one tap.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do we need a website if we have Instagram?
Yes. Instagram shows the look, but a website holds the organised portfolio, the quote form and the pages a search engine can read. A planner forwarding your work also finds a link easier to send than a profile.
How many photographs should a gallery carry?
Enough to show each event type in more than one hall, and no more. Choose the sets that show your range and your best finishing. A smaller, well-captioned gallery serves a family better than an archive.
Can we update the site ourselves?
Yes. We build it so that a new event is added with a form and a set of photographs, without a developer. We show your team how, and note the steps so a new person can follow them.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
