Facility management companies · Digital marketing

Use digital channels to get shortlisted, because no admin head buys a vendor from an advertisement.

Digital marketing for a facility management company covers the channels where a buyer checks you before a tender: search, your website, LinkedIn and email to named contacts. GullySales plans which of these earn a place for your services and site types, and leaves out the ones that do not.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For facility management companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Digital proof matters after a referral”

A buyer hears your name from a peer, then looks you up. What they find in that first look decides whether the introduction continues. The work is to make sure the search result, the site and the profile all agree with the story the peer told.

  • “Broad advertising wastes the budget”

Paid reach aimed at everyone in a city lands on people who do not buy facility contracts. A narrow search campaign for a service and park, or outreach to a named list, spends the money where a tender could start.

  • “LinkedIn is where the audience is”

Facilities managers, admin heads and procurement officers keep professional profiles. A company page showing real site updates, staff training and compliance milestones gives them something to read before they accept a connection request.

  • “Channels need one owner and one record”

Search, the website, LinkedIn and email each produce enquiries. Without one place that logs the source, the owner cannot tell which channel brought a tender invitation, and spend follows habit instead of evidence.

What we do

What we deliver for facility management companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan for your service mix

A written plan stating which channels serve housekeeping, security, MEP and integrated contracts, and which are left alone.

Result: You know where effort goes and where it does not.

  2. Search presence for service and site type

Pages and listings built around the searches a buyer types for each service in your cities.

Result: A buyer searching for your service finds a page that fits.

  3. LinkedIn page and content plan

A cleaned-up company page and a list of post topics drawn from real sites, training and compliance work, with permissions noted.

Result: The page shows a working company, not an abandoned one.

  4. Named-contact email sequence

A short sequence to facility and admin heads on a target list, written around site type and referenced work.

Result: Outreach reaches the people who issue tenders.

  5. Source tracking for every enquiry

A simple record of where each enquiry came from, linked to the tender or contract that followed.

Result: You can see which channel has produced real invitations.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need paid advertising?
Rarely as a main channel. A small paid search presence for service-and-city searches can earn its place where buyers are comparing vendors, but referrals and tender relationships remain the main route to a contract.
Which channel should a small facility company start with?
Start with the website and the Google listing, since every referral ends there. Add LinkedIn next. Email to named contacts follows once you have case studies to attach.
Can digital marketing win a government tender?
It does not win a tender by itself. It prepares the vendor profile and documents an institutional buyer asks for, and keeps your registration details current on the portals you use.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
