Film production houses · Website

Give the financier a site with projects, credits and a proper way to get in touch.

A website for a film production house is the banner's home on the internet: its slate, credits, services and a route for enquiries. GullySales works on the structure and wording, and the enquiry form that tells your team who is asking and about which project.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For film production houses

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A poster wall tells a financier nothing to act on”

Large images and a trailer create mood. A financier wants the stage of each project, who is attached and how to ask for the pack, and does not find them.

  • “Outside units need a page of their own”

A line producer from abroad looks for locations, crew and permissions handled. Buried under a film page, that information is missed and the enquiry goes elsewhere.

  • “Gated material needs a reason to ask”

A deck that is open to all gives away the package, and one that is hidden gives the reader nothing. A short request form for the slate pack, with the reason for the request, works better for both sides.

What we do

What we deliver for film production houses.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure

A page plan covering the banner, films, projects in development, services for outside units and contact.

Result: Each kind of visitor has a page that is theirs.

  2. Project pages

A page per project with status, creative team, language and a way to request the pack.

Result: A financier can ask for the pack from the project page.

  3. Production services page

A page for outside units on crew, locations and permissions, with a separate enquiry route.

Result: Service enquiries reach the right person.

  4. Enquiry form with routing

A form that asks who the visitor is and which project interests them, then sends the answer to a named owner.

Result: Every enquiry arrives with context and an owner.

  5. Editing guide

A short guide to updating projects when casting, schedule or release plans change.

Result: Your team can keep the slate current without us.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we show unreleased projects publicly?
Show what you are free to show under your agreements, and offer the rest by request. Check cast, distributor and platform contracts before publishing anything about a project.
Can the site list cast and awards?
Only what is cleared and accurate, supplied by you. We do not add awards or figures of our own, and every credit is checked with you before publishing.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
