FinTech startups · Social media

Use social media to show a money product is run by real, reachable people.

Social media marketing for a FinTech startup is posting where merchants, accountants and founders already talk, to build the familiarity that money decisions need. GullySales plans what to post by buyer type and keeps every claim inside what your compliance adviser approves.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For FinTech startups

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Merchants watch short video, finance heads read LinkedIn”

The shop owner and the finance head are on different platforms. Posting the same line on both reaches neither. Choose one platform per buyer and write for how that buyer reads.

  • “Faces build more trust than logos”

A founder explaining how settlements work, or a support person answering a real question, tells a worried owner that someone will pick up the phone. A polished brand post tells them nothing.

  • “Comments about money need a careful reply”

Someone will post that a withdrawal is stuck. A deleted comment looks like hiding. A calm reply that moves the matter to a support channel, in public view, shows the company stands behind the product.

  • “Product screens beat promises”

A short clip of how to collect a payment or raise an invoice shows the product. It also keeps the post clear of claims about returns or approvals, which the rules restrict.

What we do

What we deliver for FinTech startups.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A platform choice per buyer type

A written decision on where each buyer is reached, and where the startup will not post.

Result: A short list of platforms with the reason for each.

  2. A how-it-works post series

Plain clips and images of one task per post, such as taking a payment or reading a settlement.

Result: A bank of posts that explain the product without a claim.

  3. A founder and team voice guide

Notes on how the founder and support staff write and speak on camera in the buyer's language.

Result: Posts that sound like the people who run the company.

  4. A reply guide for money complaints

Wording for answering a public complaint and moving it to support, agreed with your compliance lead.

Result: One approved route for every public complaint.

  5. A claims check before posting

A short list of what a post may not say about rates, returns, limits and approvals.

Result: A check the person posting runs every time.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Can we advertise on social media for a lending product?
Platforms have their own rules for financial products and they change, so check the platform's current rules. Regulators also set rules by product. Have your compliance adviser review the post before it runs.
Who should be the face of the company?
Someone who knows the product and will answer questions. The founder suits LinkedIn, and a support or field person suits short video for merchants. Choose by who can speak plainly.
Should we reply to complaints in public?
Yes, briefly and without defending. Acknowledge, ask for details privately and report back in the same thread when it is settled. Silence reads as the very thing the buyer feared.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
