Metal ore mining companies · Website

Give a purchase team a site that answers the grade, the quantity and the loading point.

A website for a metal ore mine is the reference page a plant's raw-material team checks before calling: the ores, the grades, the lease and the loading arrangements. GullySales works on the structure, the grade pages and the enquiry form, so the site works as a working document and not as a brochure.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For metal ore mining companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is a reference, not a brochure”

A purchase head opens the site to check facts. Photographs of machinery with a line about commitment answer nothing. The pages that earn their place show the ore, the assay range, the size and moisture, and how the lot is loaded.

  • “Lease and compliance facts need care”

A buyer will want to see that the mine is properly run. State only what you can document and what your own adviser has checked, and do not claim any status on the mine's behalf that its papers do not show.

  • “Make the phone call easy”

Buyers will still ring. The site should give a named contact, the loading point and the hours the office answers, in a block that is visible on a phone screen without scrolling through pages.

  • “The site must be kept current”

A stock page with lots that sold long ago tells a buyer the mine is not watching its own site. Someone at the mine office should own updates, and a stale lot should be taken down when the stack is cleared.

What we do

What we deliver for metal ore mining companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Site structure

A page plan with home, one page per ore and grade, mine profile, handling and loading, stock notices and contact.

Result: A buyer finds each fact under a predictable heading.

  2. Ore and grade pages

Pages with assay range, size, moisture, quantity form and access, written from the grade sheet.

Result: The page reads as a document a plant could file.

  3. Mine profile and handling page

A page on the lease in plain terms, the stockyard, the screening and the loading and weighing arrangements.

Result: New buyers see how the mine operates.

  4. Enquiry form and routing

A form asking for plant, contact role, ore, quantity and destination, routed to a named person.

Result: Each enquiry reaches someone by name.

  5. Upkeep routine

A short guide on who updates the stock page and how a sold lot is retired.

Result: The stock page matches the yard.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can we change the old one?
If the existing site has the right pages and loads well on a phone, it may only need new content. We check it first and say plainly what to keep.
Should the site show prices?
No. Show grade, size, moisture and access. Price is discussed with a plant that has written in.
What does the site need to run?
A domain, hosting and someone at the mine office who owns updates. We set out these needs before any build starts.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
