Metal ore mining companies · WhatsApp marketing

Send the grade sheet and the stock note where the purchase team already reads.

WhatsApp marketing for a metal ore mine is the use of WhatsApp to send grade sheets, stock notes and quick answers to plants and traders who already deal by phone. GullySales works on the broadcast list, the message layout and the reply routine, always with the buyer's consent.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For metal ore mining companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Plants and traders already use it”

A raw-material head or a logistics contact in India may take a sheet or a photo on WhatsApp more readily than by email. A mine that sends a clean grade sheet there meets the buyer where the day's work already happens.

  • “A stock note should be one document”

A stock note on WhatsApp works when it carries the ore, grade, tonnes, loading point and contact in a fixed layout. Several loose messages with half the facts invite questions and mistakes.

  • “Consent and list hygiene matter”

Add a plant to a broadcast list only when someone there has agreed to receive notes. Check the platform's current rules on business messaging, and keep a record of who asked to be added or removed.

  • “Replies need a named person”

A buyer who replies to a stock note expects an answer from someone who knows the lot. A shared mine number that nobody owns loses the reply, so decide who watches it and where the answer is logged.

What we do

What we deliver for metal ore mining companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Broadcast list set-up

A list of plants and contacts who agreed to receive stock notes, grouped by ore and process.

Result: You can see who is on the list and the ore each wants to hear about.

  2. Stock note layout

A fixed message format with ore, grade, size, tonnes, loading point and contact.

Result: Every note is complete without a follow-up question.

  3. Grade sheet as a shareable file

The grade sheet prepared as a clear file that opens well on a phone.

Result: A buyer can read the assay without zooming.

  4. Reply routine

A rule for who watches the mine's number, who sends the reply and where it is logged.

Result: Each reply is written into the lead record.

  5. Opt-in and opt-out record

A simple log of who agreed to receive messages and who asked to stop.

Result: The mine can show who was added and when.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we message plants we have never dealt with?
Be careful. Introduce the mine first by a method the contact expects, and add the number to a list only after they agree. Check the platform's current rules for business messages.
Do we need the business app or the API?
A small mine can start with the business app. Move to the API route only if the volume of messages calls for it, and we will say when that point comes.
Should prices go on WhatsApp?
Keep price talk between named people at the mine and the plant. Broadcast notes carry the grade and the lot.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
