Mineral export companies · WhatsApp marketing

Use WhatsApp for sheets, photos and quick answers, with the record kept in your system.

WhatsApp for a mineral exporter means using the app that overseas buyers and agents already have, to share the sheet, the stack photo and the loading plan, and to answer short questions. GullySales sets the routine for who replies, what is sent and how each chat reaches the enquiry record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For mineral export companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Photos and sheets travel best on a chat”

An importer on a phone wants the product sheet, a picture of the stack and a loading photo in one place. A chat holds them together and lets the buyer forward them to a colleague. Prepare a small set of files that your team can send without hunting.

  • “A personal number hides the history”

When an export manager handles buyers from a private phone, the conversation leaves with the person. Use a business account where it suits, keep a shared inbox if several people reply, and copy key facts into the enquiry record.

  • “Chat is for questions, not for contracts”

Quantities, prices and terms agreed on a chat need to be confirmed in writing by email or a proforma. Use the chat to move the conversation, and write the commitment down in the form your adviser expects.

  • “Platform rules decide what you may send”

Business messaging has rules on consent and on message types, and they change. Message only buyers who have contacted you or agreed to hear from you, and check the platform's current rules before any broadcast.

What we do

What we deliver for mineral export companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business account set-up

A WhatsApp Business profile with company description, product list, catalogue and a clear greeting for overseas contacts.

Result: A buyer who messages you sees a complete business profile.

  2. Prepared file set

A folder of the sheets, stack photos, loading photos and company profile in a form that sends cleanly from a phone.

Result: Your team replies with the right files in one message.

  3. Reply routine

Rules for who monitors chats, how to acknowledge a message that arrives overnight and when to move to email.

Result: No overseas message waits without an acknowledgement.

  4. Chat-to-record habit

A simple step to log each qualified chat in the CRM, with the mineral, grade, quantity and next step.

Result: Chat conversations are not lost when a person leaves.

  5. Consent and list guide

A short guide on whom you may message and how to record permission.

Result: Messages go only to contacts who have agreed to hear from you.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Should we use broadcast lists for overseas buyers?
Only for people who have agreed to receive messages, and only after checking the platform's current rules. For a mineral exporter, a direct, personal message to a qualified buyer works better than a broadcast.
Do overseas buyers use WhatsApp?
Buyers in the Gulf, Africa and parts of Asia use it, but not every market does. Your enquiry record will show which channel each buyer prefers. Ask the buyer, and use email where that is the buyer's choice.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
