Mining equipment suppliers · Digital marketing

Join search, content, chat and records so a mine manager finds you and you remember them.

Digital marketing for a mining equipment supplier covers the online routes by which mines, contractors and planners find you, from search and your site to video, chat and exhibition follow-up. GullySales connects those routes to one enquiry record so that effort goes to the sources that bring quotations.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Mining companies: show a real physical business scene illustrating Sites, benches and stockpiles. Set up each pit, quarry or working with its benches and stockpiles. Output, stock on the ground and material moved are read per location.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For mining equipment suppliers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Several channels, one buyer”

The same manager may see a video, search for a part, read a guide, meet your stall at an exhibition and then phone. If each channel keeps its own count, you cannot tell which one mattered. A single record ties the touches to one account.

  • “Paid search suits tasks with a clear intent”

A search for a specific machine task or a part is a buyer with a need. Paid search for those words, sent to a matching page, fits better than broad advertising to a mining audience that has no purchase planned.

  • “Exhibitions are digital work too”

The weeks before and after a mining expo decide whether the stall pays. Booking meetings in advance and following each conversation with a note and a next step turns a show into entries on your quotation board.

  • “Measuring by quotation, not by clicks”

A click costs less than a site visit and means less. The measures that matter to a supplier of heavy machines are enquiries qualified, visits booked and quotations sent, read against the source that produced each.

What we do

What we deliver for mining equipment suppliers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan

A written plan of which routes you use, for which machines and parts, with an owner and a reason for each.

Result: Each channel has a purpose and a person responsible.

  2. Tracking set-up

Enquiry forms, call tracking and chat links tagged by source and written into the account record.

Result: Every enquiry carries its source.

  3. Search campaigns by task

Ad groups for specific mining tasks and parts, each pointing to a page that asks for a visit or a quotation.

Result: An ad leads to a page about the same task.

  4. Exhibition cycle

A list of targets before the show and a follow-up note for each conversation afterwards.

Result: Every stall conversation has a recorded next step.

  5. Source review

A regular reading of which sources led to visits, quotations and orders, shared with your sales head.

Result: Spend moves toward sources that led to quotations.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Where should a supplier start with digital marketing?
With the job-based pages and the enquiry record, because every other channel sends buyers to them. Campaigns come after those are ready, so that the first enquiries have somewhere useful to land.
Do we need a large budget?
The budget depends on your territory and range, and we do not set a figure in advance. We begin with the sources closest to buyers who already search, and add others when the record shows they bring quotations.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
