Answer the plant head's doubts before the demo is booked.

Content marketing for a robotics startup is the writing, video and worksheets that answer a buyer's doubts about fit, payback, safety and service. GullySales plans and produces material that a plant head can forward to finance and maintenance.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For robotics startups

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Forwardable beats clever”

The person who watches the demo is rarely the person who signs. They need a page or PDF to send upward that answers payback, safety and service in plain words. A brilliant blog post that cannot be forwarded does little.

  • “Doubts arrive in a sequence”

Buyers move from will it work here, to what does it cost me, to who fixes it. Content written in that order meets them where they stand, instead of repeating features in every piece.

  • “Case studies begin with a host's yes”

A named site is the strongest proof a startup holds, yet plant heads are cautious about being named. Planning starts with the permission conversation, with an unnamed version ready where the answer is no.

  • “Technical staff read differently”

Maintenance and safety engineers want conditions, limits and failure modes. A piece that admits where the robot does not work earns more trust from them than one claiming it suits everywhere.

What we do

What we deliver for robotics startups.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Buyer question bank

A list of the questions plant heads, maintenance and finance ask, gathered from your demos and calls.

Result: Each question is mapped to a piece that answers it.

  2. Site case notes

Short write-ups of live sites naming the job, the floor and the lessons, with the host's approval.

Result: Each note carries the host's written approval.

  3. Payback explainer

A plain-language guide to working out payback from the buyer's own labour, damage and downtime figures.

Result: A guide finance can follow line by line.

  4. Safety and service guide

A guide to floor needs, safety behaviour and who attends a fault, stated only as far as it is true today.

Result: One document for the maintenance head.

  5. Forwardable one-pagers

One-page summaries for each job that a champion can send up the chain.

Result: A one-pager for every job you sell.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a blog?
Only where a buyer's question needs a long answer. A job page, a worksheet or a short explainer may serve better, and we say which before writing anything.
Can you write about our technology?
Yes, in terms of what it means on the buyer's floor. Our writers work from your engineer's notes and leave out claims your team cannot back with a live site.
How do we treat competitors?
We avoid naming rivals. Content compares the buyer's options, such as manual work, a fixed conveyor or a robot, and states honestly where each one suits.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
