Robotics startups · WhatsApp marketing

Send the video, the checklist and the next call date on WhatsApp.

WhatsApp marketing for a robotics startup is the use of a business account to send demo clips, readiness checklists and updates to buyers who already use the app for work. GullySales sets up the account, the templates and the rules for when a person takes over.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For robotics startups

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Plant heads forward clips”

An operations head receives a short working video and passes it to maintenance and the owner on the same app. The clip travels further than an email attachment, provided it is short and names the job.

  • “Permission comes first”

Sending bulk messages to a purchased list harms the number and the brand. Message only those who asked for information, met you at an expo or agreed on a call.

  • “Service needs a thread”

After a sale, the maintenance head wants a place to report a fault and send a photo. A support number with a named person builds the trust the next buyer asks about.

  • “Price talk belongs to a person”

A buyer asking about cost on chat expects a considered reply, not an automatic one. Templates carry clips and checklists, while a person carries the negotiation.

What we do

What we deliver for robotics startups.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business account setup

A WhatsApp Business account with profile, a catalogue of jobs, labels and quick replies.

Result: A profile that names the company and the jobs.

  2. Message templates

Approved templates for demo confirmation, readiness checklist, post-demo summary and reminders.

Result: A template for each stage.

  3. Opt-in routes

Ways for expo contacts, form fills and callers to agree to messages.

Result: A record of consent for every contact.

  4. Service line plan

A plan for a named service contact, fault reporting and photo sharing for live sites.

Result: A written route for a fault report.

  5. Handover rules

Rules for when a conversation moves from template to a person.

Result: A rule for each kind of reply.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we message our expo list?
Only contacts who agreed to hear from you on the app. We write the consent line for your stand and check the platform's current rules before any broadcast.
Is the API worth it?
For a startup with a few live deals, the Business app is enough. The API suits larger volumes and CRM links, and we recommend it only when your volume calls for it.
Should customers share a group?
A group suits the operators and service staff of a single site. Keep different customers apart, since plant details are confidential.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
