Seafood exporters · Digital marketing

Put the plant where importers look: search, directories, LinkedIn and a clear site.

Digital marketing for a seafood exporter joins the site, search, directories, LinkedIn and email into one route from an importer's search to a sample request. GullySales works on choosing the channels that fit your products and markets, and on counting enquiries by source.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Seafood product collection

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For seafood exporters

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Importers use more than one channel”

A buyer may find you on a directory, check LinkedIn, read the site and email the export desk. If each shows a different product list or contact, the plant looks careless.

  • “Paid search suits narrow terms”

Advertising on broad seafood words wastes spend on consumers and students. Narrow terms, such as a species plus supplier plus origin, reach the buyer, but they need a landing page that matches.

  • “Directories need upkeep”

Listings in export bodies and trade directories carry old product names and contacts. A buyer who calls a dead number moves to the next name.

  • “Counting begins at the enquiry”

Without a record of where each enquiry came from, spend and effort get repeated on the wrong route. Source tracking is dull work, and it tells you what to do next.

What we do

What we deliver for seafood exporters.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Channel plan

A plan naming which channels fit your products and markets, and which to leave alone, with reasons.

Result: A written plan with channels chosen and others set aside.

  2. Directory and listing audit

Every listing you hold checked for product names, contact and links, with corrections listed.

Result: A sheet of listings and the fix each one needs.

  3. Landing pages for campaigns

Pages made for a market or product, which a search ad or outreach message points to.

Result: A page for each campaign with a single route to ask for specifications.

  4. Email and LinkedIn programme

Outreach sequences matched to the buyer lists, with the replies logged.

Result: A sequence ready to run on a chosen market.

  5. Enquiry source count

Enquiries counted by source, product and market from your own records.

Result: A count showing which route brings importers.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these seafood exporters.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small exporter start?
With the product pages and a clean listing in the directories you already use. Add outreach and advertising once buyers can find and trust those pages.
Do paid ads work for exporters?
They can work for narrow, specific terms, if landing pages and follow-up are ready. We set a budget with you and report what came in; we promise no volume.
Do we need to be on every platform?
No. Choose where your buyers look. For container importers that is search, directories and LinkedIn.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
