Borewell and drilling contractors · Search engine optimisation

Be the page that answers the household whose borewell has stopped giving water.

SEO for a borewell contractor is the work of appearing when someone searches for a borewell, flushing or pump job with the name of a town or layout beside it. It runs on pages for each kind of work and each area you serve. GullySales writes those pages in plain words and in the language your customers search in.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For borewell and drilling contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The search is about the problem, not the service”

People type borewell not giving water, not borewell flushing. A page that starts with the symptom and explains the likely causes meets the searcher where they are.

  • “Directory pages outrank a contractor's own site”

Listing portals appear first for borewell contractor near me. A contractor with no pages of their own is only one entry in someone else's list.

  • “Every area has its own water story”

Hard rock, black cotton soil and a falling water table behave differently, and a page that says so reads like a local who knows the ground.

What we do

What we deliver for borewell and drilling contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page for each kind of job

New borewell, flushing, hydrofracturing, re-drilling, pump installation and recharge pits, each with how it is done and what the owner provides.

Result: A search for the exact job reaches a page about it.

  2. Symptom pages

Pages on a borewell that gives less water than before, a motor that burns out, muddy water and a bore that has gone dry in summer.

Result: The person with the problem finds a clear first answer.

  3. Pages for the towns and layouts you work in

A page for each area your rig covers, with the soil, the usual depth range described in general words and the work you have done there with the owner's consent.

Result: A search from a nearby town finds a contractor who knows it.

  4. Pages for societies and builders

A page that explains annual maintenance, written proposals and site records for a committee or a project engineer.

Result: A secretary or a builder sees that you work with institutions.

  5. Technical repair of the website

Slow pages on a phone, missing titles, broken links and photographs that are too large to open on a weak signal.

Result: The pages you write can be found and open quickly.

  6. Search enquiry report

Calls and forms traced to search, listed by page, against the baseline recorded before work begins.

Result: You see which pages bring owners to the rig.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What a household, a farmer or a society types when the water stops, and the page that answers each search.

borewell drilling near me
Make a page for each town or layout you serve, with the rig type, how a visit and the point marking work, and a number answered on the rig. Add a photograph of your crew at a local site.
borewell not giving water what to do
Write a symptom page that lists the likely causes in plain words, such as a lowered water table, a choked slot or a worn pump, and what to check first. End with how a visit is booked.
borewell flushing and cleaning
Describe how flushing is done, when it helps and when it does not, and what it needs on site. Say plainly that it cannot bring back water that is not there.
submersible pump installation
Give a page for pump sets with what you fit, the brands you work with and what is charged for installation. Mention the starter panel and wiring so the buyer knows what is included.
rainwater harvesting recharge pit
Write for plot owners and societies: what a recharge pit is, where it is dug and what permission to ask for. Say that rules differ by city and check the local body.
borewell contractor for apartment
Build a page for societies with how a proposal, a site record and annual maintenance work. A secretary wants proof that you can handle a committee and a written agreement.

Who it is for

This is written for these borewell and drilling contractors.

  • Domestic borewell contractors
  • Agricultural borewell and drip-line contractors
  • Rotary and DTH rig operators
  • Housing society and apartment borewell contractors
  • Industrial and commercial borewell contractors
  • Borewell flushing, cleaning and repair contractors
  • Pump installation and motor repair firms
  • Rainwater harvesting and recharge pit contractors

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • Your terms and rate basis are not written down, so a page would promise what the crew cannot confirm at the site.
  • Nobody answers the number on the page, and a search that ends in a ring tone is lost.
  • You are not able to say which areas you drill, so pages would pull enquiries from places the rig will not go.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At an interval agreed in writing we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we publish a rate per foot on the page?
Publish what the rate covers and the items that are extra, such as casing, flushing and the pump. A bare figure gets quoted back after the soil proves harder than expected. Offer a quote after the site visit.
How many pages do we need for a small business?
One page for each kind of work you do and one for each area you serve, kept in plain words. Ten good pages beat fifty thin ones. Add a page only when a customer has asked the question.
Can we show photographs of finished bores?
Yes, with the owner's permission, and without anything that identifies the plot if the owner prefers. Show the rig at work, the casing and the pump set. Photographs of a bore with water do not promise the next one will have any, so do not caption them that way.
Is a blog worth writing for a contractor?
A few posts that answer real questions help: how deep, what to do when a bore dries, and when flushing is worth trying. Do not write general water articles. Customers want to know who will come, and when.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Your next practical step

Tell us what you are trying to grow, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps, mostly taps. Skip anything you would rather answer on the call.
