Mineral processing companies · Digital marketing

Put the grades, the certificate routine and the buyer list in one connected plan.

Digital marketing for a mineral processing company joins the website, marketplace listings, search, LinkedIn and messaging into one plan around grades and samples. GullySales sets out which channel carries which job, and ties each to the enquiry register so you can see what produced a sample request.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For mineral processing companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Each channel does a different job for this buyer”

Search finds the grade. A marketplace listing catches the buyer who is comparing suppliers. LinkedIn builds familiarity with purchase heads. WhatsApp holds the conversation. Treating them as one undivided effort hides which is working.

  • “Spend follows the grade the plant wants to sell”

A plant with spare capacity on one grade gains nothing from advertising another. The plan should start from what the lab can produce, the capacity free and the buyers within the delivery range.

  • “Paid advertising suits narrow searches”

A search ad for a specific grade and use reaches the buyer at the moment of need. A broad ad for minerals reaches a crowd of students and traders. Keywords and audience need to be tight, or the budget drains away.

  • “Without a register, nobody knows what worked”

An enquiry arrives by phone and is credited to no one. When each enquiry records its source, the plant sees whether samples came from search, a listing, a post or a referral.

What we do

What we deliver for mineral processing companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan

A one-page map of which channel serves which grade and buyer, with the job each channel does.

Result: Each channel has a stated purpose, and nothing is run without one.

  2. Marketplace listing set-up

Listings written by mineral, grade and use, with a standard reply that sends a certificate.

Result: Listings match how buyers search, and each enquiry gets the same quality of answer.

  3. Search advertising for chosen grades

Small, targeted campaigns on grades where the plant has capacity, with a landing page for each.

Result: Ad clicks arrive on a page about the exact grade searched.

  4. Source tracking in the register

A source field on every enquiry, filled at the first contact.

Result: The plant reads enquiries by source and grade.

  5. A budget and priority sheet

A plan that lists grades in the order the plant wants to sell them, with the channel and the effort planned for each.

Result: The desk and the owner agree on what comes first.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

Where a ceramic, glass or paint buyer meets a mineral powder plant online.

Search for the grade and size
A grade page with figures from your lab, matched to the same sheet you send. The page carries the sample request.
Trade directory listing
A listing that names grades and sizes, not 'mineral powder'. Check the directory's current rules and keep the details in line with the website.
Paid search for a narrow grade
An advertisement for a single grade pointing to its page, started only when the page and the sample routine are ready.
LinkedIn search by industry role
A company page showing the plant, lab and grades, found by a chemist or purchase head checking a supplier.
Email to a buyer who tested a sample
A message with the certificate attached and a question on the reading. Uses the same wording as the site.

Who it is for

This is written for these mineral processing companies.

  • Quartz and silica processors
  • Feldspar and ceramic mineral grinders
  • Talc and soapstone processors
  • Barytes and calcite processors
  • Clay and kaolin processors
  • Bauxite, mica and other mineral units
  • Pulverisers and micronising units
  • Washing and beneficiation plants

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • The grade pages, certificate and sample routine are not in place, so spend would reach buyers you cannot yet serve
  • You run one grade for one buyer and have no spare capacity to take a second
  • No one is assigned to keep the plan's record, so nobody could tell which channel brought a buyer

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Agree the one aim

We settle what the campaign must achieve, such as enquiries for a launch or footfall for an event, and the date it must be live.

  2. 2

    Check what is ready

We list the channels you already run, who runs them, and what each can produce in the time available. Anything that cannot be done properly is left out.

  3. 3

Write the idea and the message sheet

We draft the one-sentence idea, test it against each planned format, and fix the wording that all channels will copy.

  4. 4

Brief every channel from the same sheet

Your agency, freelancer or in-house person receives the message sheet and calendar. Their work is checked against the sheet before it goes out.

  5. 5

    Run on the shared calendar

Channels go live together. If the offer changes, every channel is changed on the same day from the same sheet.

  6. 6

    Measure as one campaign

Enquiries and orders are read against the baseline. The reporting schedule is agreed in writing with the scope.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small plant start?
With the grade pages and a clean marketplace listing, since they serve buyers already looking. Add search advertising and LinkedIn once the sample routine works and the register is filled in.
How do we judge the results?
By enquiries by source, samples sent with a certificate, trials that became orders and repeat consignments. We read these with you. We do not promise a number of leads or orders.
Do we need an agency and an in-house person?
One person on your side who owns the register and replies to enquiries is essential. We build and run the pieces around that person, and hand over how each one works.
How does plant capacity shape the plan?
Promote only the grades the mill runs with spare capacity. A plan that brings orders for a grade you must outsource, or run late, costs more in lost trust than the enquiry was worth. Fit the effort to what the plant can deliver.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
