Sales consultants · Social media

Post from real selling situations so sales heads recognise their own review meeting.

Social media marketing for a sales consultant is mostly LinkedIn: short accounts of selling problems that a sales head or owner reads and recognises. GullySales works on the profile, the post bank and the way replies are turned into conversations.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For sales consultants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Likes from other consultants are not buyers”

A post about sales mindset collects praise from peers and trainers. A post about a distributor review gone wrong is read by the sales head who has just held one. Count the second kind of reader, not the number of reactions.

  • “Confidentiality needs a method, not silence”

Stories can be told by changing the product, the city and the figures, and by asking the client first. A written rule on what may be shown lets you post real situations without a worry each time.

  • “The profile is the landing page”

A sales head who likes a post opens your profile next. If the headline says sales trainer and speaker, you are placed in the wrong box. A profile that states the problems you work on, and one first offer, converts the visit.

  • “Comments on other people's posts reach buyers”

A managing director posting about a missed quarter is reading replies that day. A specific, useful comment from you places your name in front of that reader at the right moment.

What we do

What we deliver for sales consultants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A profile rewrite

The headline, the about section and the featured items rewritten around the triggers and the pipeline review.

Result: The profile states the problem you solve and the first piece of work in the opening lines.

  2. A post bank from approved situations

A set of short posts, each drawn from one real situation, with names and figures removed or approved.

Result: Each post carries a written approval note for the situation it describes.

  3. A list of accounts to follow and answer

Sales heads, managing directors and advisers whose posts signal a trigger.

Result: You know whose posts to answer and what a useful answer looks like.

  4. A reply-to-conversation routine

A short guide for turning a comment or message into a call, without a pitch in the first reply.

Result: Each conversation is logged against the post that began it.

  5. Roundtable invitations

Short invitations for the small meeting of sales leaders, posted and sent one to one.

Result: Invitations name the topic and the kind of company, so the right people reply.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform matters most for us?
LinkedIn, because sales heads and owners read it for work. Other platforms can carry the same posts, but we would not spread effort until LinkedIn produces conversations.
Do we need a company page as well as a personal profile?
Buyers follow the person, so the personal profile carries the work. A company page can hold the same material but needs little effort beyond that.
How do we know posts are working?
Track profile visits from sales heads, replies that become calls and enquiries that name a post. We do not treat reactions as the measure, and no number of leads is promised.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
