Commercial architects · Digital marketing

Digital work for an architect is quiet proof, not loud advertising.

Digital marketing for a commercial architect is the set of online pieces that support an appointment: the website, search, LinkedIn, email and a pursuit record. GullySales puts them in order of what a commissioning buyer actually checks.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For commercial architects

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The buyer checks you after the referral”

Before a meeting, the projects head searches the practice and reads the site. Digital marketing here is making that check confirm what the referrer said.

  • “Few buyers, long decisions”

A practice may need only a handful of appointments a year. Spend on broad advertising reaches the wrong people, and effort goes better into the named list and the pages that answer them.

  • “Tools multiply without a plan”

A practice adds a website, a feed, a newsletter and a tracker, none connected. Starting from the buyer's path from first mention to appointment shows which pieces are needed and which can wait.

What we do

What we deliver for commercial architects.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Digital audit

A review of what a buyer finds when they search the practice, with a ranked list of gaps.

Result: You hold a written list of what to fix first.

  2. Channel plan

A plan naming the few channels that matter for your building types, with an owner for each.

Result: Each channel has a purpose and a person.

  3. Website and search foundation

Building-type pages, clear contact routes and basic search setup.

Result: The site answers what buyers look for.

  4. LinkedIn and email routine

Partner posts and an occasional note to developers and advisers, drafted for approval.

Result: Contact with commissioners continues between projects.

  5. Measurement set-up

Tracking of enquiries by source, linked to the pursuit record.

Result: You can see which pieces lead to briefs.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Do commercial architects need paid advertising?
Not as a starting point. The buyer group is small and known. Paid search might suit corporate occupiers, and we would test it in a small way after the foundations are in place.
What should we do first?
Fix what a buyer sees when they look you up: the website, the profile and the project pages. Then build the pursuit record. Outreach follows, once there is proof to show.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
